19th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.

Their comprehensive support alleviated any concerns I might have had. The team's friendly and helpful approach, coupled with their outstanding customer service, was truly commendable. Their profound knowledge of the market and strategic application of various techniques ensured the attraction of suitable prospective buyers. 17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Would highly recommend Slater Hogg , from the first contact with Peter for the valuation then marketing and sales team all dealt with professionally .Ann and Louise were in contact daily , the communication was excellent they kept me in the loop at all times so I knew how the sale was going with feedback on all the viewings. The service was outstanding . Thank you to all of the team for their input .

25th Apr 2019 (7 years ago)Went in to enquire about the area as a potential place to move to and the staff were about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Every question was met with an unhelpful response. Got the feeling she didn't want us to move there or she was incompetent at her job. Won't be back any time soon!!

But I would and will not go past Jacqui McAdam, Estate Area Manager for buying and selling any properties. This is the third time I have used Jacqui and that should speak volumes. A highly professional individual who's knowledge off the property market is second to none. Her attention to detail and advice are always greatly appreciated and received. She has a wonderful team around her and nothing is too much trouble. Brochure, photos, video really showed the properties off to their full potential and loaded with information. You are kept up to date on all progress. Keep up the good work, best wishes for the future Alayne

As an over thinker who doesn’t love the moving process, I felt, at times I had to contact them for an update - but to be fair to them, there wasn’t any updates! In hindsight, I think I was pitched a little too high, my decision! Hindsight is a wonderful thing though - my house sold after 41/2 weeks on the market and happy with the overall process and price.

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Firstly and most Importantly if you read this review, stop and pick up the phone to Monarch.<br>I can guarantee you the next few things.<br><br>1. Your call/queries will be answered promptly.<br>2. Your chances of speaking to your own team handling your conveyancing are exceptionally high.<br>3. Your legal work will be done for you quickly, efficiently and personally.<br><br>All of the above I have found incredibly lacking and indeed at times non existent in my last few house sales and purchases. I've been very stressed, left unknowing, can't get a reply and treated like the conveyancer was the one doing me a favour not that I was a valuable customer. The only quick and efficient part of the process being the final invoice!<br>Well with Monarch and especially Annemarie who looked after me from the first moment I made contact, I have had an exceptional experience. Annemarie has worked tirelessly and late into the evening at times to make my sale and purchase happen as quickly as possible. I've been kept informed without even the need to ask. It has been a very personal experience where I have felt supported and confident throughout.<br>Please do yourself a favour and trust in Monarch to get your conveyancing done and save yourself from the normal grief that this process entails. 3rd Apr 2026 (20 weeks ago)We had initial meeting with Lisa with regard to bringing property to market, but Sophie has been our main point of contact since then, handling all our enquiries and viewings. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and she was always there to answer any questions we had regarding the processes. We feel Sophie is an absolute asset to the Glenrothes branch.
