She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????

27th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)Rollos St Andrews agreed to assist to put in a note of interest on a property and then purchase a property. They then declined to help for no good reason. A terrible service. I would advise to consider other options if at all possible.

24th Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)Buyers and Sellers - Avoid! Based on my recent experiences as a prospective buyer, I would strongly advise both buyers and especially sellers to avoid using Clyde Properties. I attempted to arrange viewings with them on two separate occasions, and both interactions were consistently disappointing. Despite advertising “appointment only” viewings, they offered only open viewings. At the first property, it was clear that many attendees believed they had private appointments. The agent on site took no interest in the viewing, offered no information about the property, and repeatedly responded with “refer to the home report” to even basic questions. They appeared unfamiliar with the property and disengaged throughout. A second attempt to view another property was just as frustrating. Although the listing went live early in the week, the only viewings offered were during working hours on Friday and Monday. Despite requesting an alternative time well before the closing date, they made no effort to arrange one. Having sold a home through a different agency, the contrast in service quality was stark. Clyde Properties showed little willingness to work with buyers, and based on many other reviews I have since read, this seems to be a common complaint. For sellers, this lack of engagement is particularly concerning; an agency uninterested in supporting buyers will inevitably impact interest and offers. With so many other agencies offering far better service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Personally, I will avoid properties listed with Clyde in the future, and it appears many others feel the same.
6th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)If it was possible, I'd have given Abbey Forth zero stars. Here's my experience with them: The place I rented from Abbey Forth had not been cleaned when I moved in. It was in a disgusting state with several broken fixtures. I took many photos and informed them that, because I was having to clean my new flat, I wouldn't be paying for the place to be professionally cleaned when I moved out. Throughout my year at the property, they were unprofessional and unhelpful when other problems arose: trying to charge me for boiler repairs (a boiler which was leaking on day 1), failing to resolve a drainage issue outside the kitchen door and, worst of all, falling to resolve an infestation of slugs in the kitchen - an obvious health hazard. When I moved out, they unsurprisingly tried to deduct £190 from my deposit for cleaning. I successfully disputed this charge with the deposit scheme, using the pictures and emails I'd sent them over the length of the tenancy. The deposit scheme found that, as the property was not cleaned to a good condition for the start of the tenancy, that I should only having to pay £60 In summary: Abbey Forth is the worst estate agent I've ever used. Rude staff and a general ethos of trying to squeeze money out of tenants for as little effort as possible. Only sign up with them if you are desperate and have no other options. If this is the case, then please make sure you document everything for inevitable struggle to get your deposit back

23rd Aug 2024 (2 years ago)I used Belvoir to rent my property out for five months whilst I went travelling and I was so impressed and happy with every single staff member I came into contact with, special thanks to Sophie and Katy for finding tenants even though it was a short let and the amazing communication I experienced throughout and the support given by Katy when the tenants proved to be challenging at times was very much appreciated, thank you Katy for your professionalism, your patience, your unwavering support and your excellent communication skills, If I rent my flat out again I want you to look after it for me, I trust you 100%!

18th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)Great value for money agent - local independent company also! Lots of digital/social media marketing. As an over thinker who doesn’t love the moving process, I felt, at times I had to contact them for an update - but to be fair to them, there wasn’t any updates! In hindsight, I think I was pitched a little too high, my decision! Hindsight is a wonderful thing though - my house sold after 41/2 weeks on the market and happy with the overall process and price.

From the very beginning of my home-buying journey right through to collecting the keys, the service I received from Kirsty and her husband Gavin was absolutely exceptional.<br><br>They are both incredibly friendly, professional, fair and attentive. What really stood out to me was how much they genuinely care about both the buyer and the seller. They always made sure everyone was treated fairly, kept things moving smoothly and were there whenever we needed help, advice or reassurance.<br><br>Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but their kindness, communication and attention to detail made the whole process so much easier. They went above and beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agency, and it was clear that they genuinely take pride in what they do.<br><br>One of the nicest touches was when we collected the keys. They had prepared a lovely handwritten card and some chocolates for us. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture, and it really showed that they care about their clients and wanted to make the moment of receiving our new home keys even more special.<br><br>Kirsty and Gavin are not only fantastic professionals but genuinely lovely people. 18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
