Awful in so many ways. Could be extremely difficult to deal with, whilst being patronising and rude. Tried to charge me for fees even when they weren’t legal any more. Got into a big dispute with them and after proving myself right they chose to simply ignore me and the whole issue rather than apologise or make amends. The landlord at my property kept increasing rent every time I renewed. Had many issues with the flat itself and it was poorly maintained and decorated to begin with. They act like customer service is important to them but really, all that matters is money and getting as much of it as possible. The tenant does not matter to these people.... Read more
