Any repairs were dealt with instantly, and their online repair request service made everything very convenient. A special thanks to Chloe, who was always cooperative and supportive during my tenancy — I really appreciate her professionalism and assistance. Highly recommended

19th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)SAME REVIEW AS PREVIOUS USERS. STAFF ARE RUDE, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Suggest to avoid buying properties/ renting via this agent if you are landlord/ tenant. Unpleasant experience.
3rd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)I have lived in my apartment for 3 years, my ancient boiler got condemned two weeks ago along with the cooker which was here when i moved in, it took the landlord nearly a week to respond to residential estates about the issues, then i was advised by residential lettings to report the landlord to the council disrepair department which i did and i may add i have a vulnerable child in my care as well, the council got in touch straight away and chased them up, 11 days later i get contacted by the gas engineer company to tell me the date of the new boiler, still nothing about a new cooker, i have spent a small fortune on food and electricity feeding us and keeping us warm, no contact from residential estates, they tried saying at one point that I couldn’t be contacted which is a lie, my roof is leaking i cannot sleep in my bedroom as the ceiling is wet and starting to mold, the wall is soaking wet! Not heard anything about the roof either, is this acceptable? Freezing cold, no cooker, cold wet bedroom? Lack of communication, no oil heaters which was said was going to be brought to the property? At this point I expect compensation and the issues to be dealt with swiftly!

25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)I highly recommend Imza Homes Liverpool for anyone looking to rent out, sell, or find tenants for their property. As a new landlord, I wasn’t fully familiar with the process, but James guided me every step of the way. He clearly explained all the available options, outlined the next steps, and made everything straightforward and stress-free. What really stood out was how quickly they worked — my house was rented out in less than two weeks, and tenants were moved in smoothly without any issues. Communication was excellent throughout; every question I had was answered within minutes, which gave me real confidence and peace of mind. They also arranged everything required, including the Gas Safety Certificate, EICR, and EPC, making the whole process completely hassle-free for me. Professional, efficient, and highly responsive — I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thank you James and the Imza Homes team! ?????

28th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. Where do I start? Fridge did not work for 14 months and they attended to arrange a replacement in August 2022. This didn’t get installed until October 2023. In this time, the freezer stopped working. The Dishwasher stopped working. Our sinks were blocked from the previous tenant, the balcony doorframes were rotten, they’d lost the keys for the window in the bedroom, the previous tenant had left furniture despite it being unfurnished. They said it had “freshly been painted” and then in the inventory put “in 2017”. Then, we had a leak behind our toilet, and the toilet was constantly flushing, it took them over 2 months to address this and inflicted a £600 bill which they have refused to contribute towards. Their service is abysmal, their understanding of regulation is appalling, and I would warn any tenant off letting with Mistoria. I am approaching the property ombudsman. Edit** - The white goods were replaced after 14 MONTHS. Your response is utter rubbish.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

The rent always comes on time, and they keep me updated on any issues with the properties. They are also quick to find replacement tenants when needed. Their professionalism and excellent communication make managing my properties from abroad stress-free. Highly recommend Magchi Property Management for anyone looking for reliable and efficient property management services- 8th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)Selling my business has been a journey, many ups and downs, timewasters and buyers wanting to pay peanuts. But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
