25th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Helpful information received at the start and good communication received through to the sale. The property advert listed was inviting to potential buyers and a sale was agreed (STC) in a short period of time. The valuation figure was not acheived, not sure whether that was acheivable over a longer period on the market or set slightly too high.
9th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)I have just re-let my property after much needed and extensive renovation works. All of these were handled by Sutton Kersh, using their recommended contractors. Everything was done efficiently and to a high standard and I was kept informed of progress, with photos, at all times. Grateful thanks to Hannah Callan at Allerton branch, who helped me to choose a decor scheme from a distance (I live abroad). The property was re-let on the first arranged viewing day. I would recommended Sutton Kersh without hesitation.

22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We used Select Homes to help us rent out our house and honestly couldn’t fault them. Really personal service from the start, with quick responses to any questions and genuinely helpful advice throughout the whole process. What stood out most was the attention to detail and how efficient everything was behind the scenes with all the admin and governance side of things. They made something that could have felt quite stressful feel really straightforward and well organised. Everyone we dealt with was approachable, supportive and easy to get hold of, and you definitely get the feeling they care about doing things properly rather than treating you like just another customer. Would definitely recommend

26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent. Throughout the process, I felt I was treated with a complete lack of professionalism and respect. On several occasions, staff laughed at me while I was trying to discuss genuine concerns about the property, which left me feeling humiliated and upset. The situation became so difficult that my electrician refused to continue dealing with them because of how rude and dismissive they were. The property on Thames Road also failed its electrical inspections, and I was very concerned about what I considered to be serious safety issues. Despite raising these concerns, they were unwilling to negotiate or engage in any meaningful discussion. Instead of listening to my concerns, I felt dismissed at every opportunity. The entire experience left me in tears, and I would not recommend this estate agent based on how I was treated. I believe customers deserve to be spoken to with respect, especially when raising legitimate concerns about the condition and safety of a property.

3rd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)The agent took 6 months to sell one of the two properties I had. I spent a lot of my time chasing him up for information and feedback. He had failed to advise about writing into the sales schedule, no guarantees. This cost my £3000 payment to the buyer for a new boiler. He sold the property at home report value, which I'd agreed completely unaware of the additional costs I'd be paying. The second property did not sell. I discharged this estate agent and went with a different estate agency. Within two weeks of them marketing the property, three viewings resulted in two second viewings and an offer accepted. When I wrote a review, to prevent anyone else experiencing such unnecessary stress and negative financial impact, he responded with it was my fault for insisting on doing the viewings. Oddly enough, as my son is a vulnerable adult, I continued with the viewings after changing estate agents and behold the property sold!

8th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)I had an amazing experience selling my property with EweMove, our estate agent, Joe, was very professional and friendly; he promptly responded to any queries and his colleague, Giovanni, was also great at communicating with stakeholders in the chain when Joe was briefly out of office. Joe was able to effectively support us through the sale process, he was very proactive in speaking with people who viewed our property and when we had an unresponsive conveyancer in the chain below us he played a key role in our sale progressing for our onward purchase. I will definitely be using EweMove for any future sales and would highly recommend them :)
25th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)A lovely family run business who genuinely care. They are very efficient and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. They sold my house within a couple of days of marketing it, they did amazing pictures and did the viewings for me. I can’t recommend enough.

One of the best decisions ever made. From the start and meeting Keir he was so welcoming and professional and you could tell his knowledge of the area and as an estate agent was second to none. During the sale I also had the pleasure to meet Fran and Georgie plus other members of the team. They keep you informed and at ease and are there for any assistance at all. They sold my house then after being blown away by the service I then started a rental apartment with themselves. Overlooked by Georgie till I moved in. 5 Star service and the Rolls Royce of Estate agents. I tip my hat to the most amazing customer service received by whole team.
