We're first time sellers, so we were grateful for their extra guidance especially during a turbulent housing market. After a slow-ish start (mainly due to factors outside of our control), HF secured us a final offer we were really happy with. For various reasons we've decided not to sell yet, but look forward to working with them again next spring.

The property advert listed was inviting to potential buyers and a sale was agreed (STC) in a short period of time. The valuation figure was not acheived, not sure whether that was acheivable over a longer period on the market or set slightly too high.

22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We used Select Homes to help us rent out our house and honestly couldn’t fault them. Really personal service from the start, with quick responses to any questions and genuinely helpful advice throughout the whole process. What stood out most was the attention to detail and how efficient everything was behind the scenes with all the admin and governance side of things. They made something that could have felt quite stressful feel really straightforward and well organised. Everyone we dealt with was approachable, supportive and easy to get hold of, and you definitely get the feeling they care about doing things properly rather than treating you like just another customer. Would definitely recommend

From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, positive and understanding - something that truly set them apart from what people often expect of estate agents. They approached everything with such sensitivity, recognising that this wasn’t just a sale, but something tied to a bereavement. Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable. Their professionalism was equally impressive. The property was sold to the first viewers, which speaks volumes about their expertise, preparation and approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and Russell to anyone. They combine genuine compassion with outstanding results, a rare and invaluable combination.

8th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)I had an amazing experience selling my property with EweMove, our estate agent, Joe, was very professional and friendly; he promptly responded to any queries and his colleague, Giovanni, was also great at communicating with stakeholders in the chain when Joe was briefly out of office. Joe was able to effectively support us through the sale process, he was very proactive in speaking with people who viewed our property and when we had an unresponsive conveyancer in the chain below us he played a key role in our sale progressing for our onward purchase. I will definitely be using EweMove for any future sales and would highly recommend them :)
25th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)A lovely family run business who genuinely care. They are very efficient and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. They sold my house within a couple of days of marketing it, they did amazing pictures and did the viewings for me. I can’t recommend enough.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He was professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process very seamless. I could tell that he really loves what he does and this instilled trust. We were very happy with our valuation and we decided to sell our home with Flexi Agent. From our valuation taking place to being on the market took less than 24 hours. 28th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)After living in my previous address for 25 years I decided to sell up and after looking at all the Estate agents on offer I chose Find Your Eden. One of the best decisions ever made. From the start and meeting Keir he was so welcoming and professional and you could tell his knowledge of the area and as an estate agent was second to none. During the sale I also had the pleasure to meet Fran and Georgie plus other members of the team. They keep you informed and at ease and are there for any assistance at all. They sold my house then after being blown away by the service I then started a rental apartment with themselves. Overlooked by Georgie till I moved in. 5 Star service and the Rolls Royce of Estate agents. I tip my hat to the most amazing customer service received by whole team.
