Tony was consistently available to answer the numerous questions that I had along the way. I really enjoyed all the interactions Tony and I had, and I genuinely appreciate all his hard work and lovely nature, which helped a great deal. To support us we had Alex Malins, who was just incredible from start to finish. Not just with our property, but she also helped when trying to complete on our new house, offering advice and guidance along the way. I genuinely dont think we would have completed had it not been for Alex. She is a credit to Entwistle Green and we cannot thank her enough.

Giovanni took on the property and had it under offer in 2 weeks. He came as recommendation from my father in law and I would recommend him to anyone.

They did respond to my request to reshoot some photos which was very helpful and unlike other agents I have used. Always friendly and after sales has been really good too.
7th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)A had a very positive experience buying my first house with the team at Little Estate Agents. The whole process was seamless and I didn't encounter any issues. I dealt with a few different agents in the process but the communication was always on point and as a team they always knew where I was up to in the process. I'd definitely be happy to work with them again.

Once we had sold , Molly did a great job , keeping an eye on the progress and helping us out when needed . I would highly recommend findmyeden

Adam was brilliant, highly professional, proactive, and extremely competent throughout. He has a clear understanding of more complex strategies that many agents either don’t understand or avoid, such as Rent-to-Rent, Company Let Agreements, and HMOs ect More importantly, Adam went well beyond standard working and office hours, negotiating back and forth late into the night between multiple parties to ensure the deal got over the line. We work with a lot of people in property, and it’s individuals like Adam who actually make things happen. He’s a real asset to the company — this deal simply wouldn’t have completed without him.
