19th Sep 2025 (5 mo. ago)I have been a tenant with Hunters Liverpool for over 6 years, and the service and support they provided throughout have been exceptional. Any repairs were dealt with instantly, and their online repair request service made everything very convenient. A special thanks to Chloe, who was always cooperative and supportive during my tenancy — I really appreciate her professionalism and assistance. Highly recommended
22nd Mar 2023 (2 years ago)Poor communication between staff who I felt not genuine when asking questions. One staff member extremely rude me accused of phoning on Saturday when he had been connected by the office who had phoned me!! Told us we were patronising!! Also they did not listen to my requests and told me I was a difficult client because I was quite specific in the type of client I wanted to rent my house to. The customer does not come first in this business .Charges for services ridiculously high but they do not communicate back to you when you raise a query with them. Would never use again and not recommend.

14th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Communication is non-existent unless you're the one doing all the chasing. They’re quick to talk but painfully slow to act. If you're looking for professionalism, reliability, or even basic courtesy — look elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.
10th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)I have rented through Dente and their agents are professional and tell you everything step by step and they have helped me with all mu questions about the property. It is a good Agency to rent through would recommend to anyone who is looking to rent or buy.

As a new landlord, I wasn’t fully familiar with the process, but James guided me every step of the way. He clearly explained all the available options, outlined the next steps, and made everything straightforward and stress-free. What really stood out was how quickly they worked — my house was rented out in less than two weeks, and tenants were moved in smoothly without any issues. Communication was excellent throughout; every question I had was answered within minutes, which gave me real confidence and peace of mind. They also arranged everything required, including the Gas Safety Certificate, EICR, and EPC, making the whole process completely hassle-free for me.
