15th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Horrific lettings department, had a terrible experience of a rental property, the place was dirty mouldy and full of old furniture the day I moved in , I had to decorate & put new carpets in - amongst other repairs, on vacating they tried to keep my deposit ( admitted the garden needed attention) but wright marshall aided the landlord to helping them suggest lots of issues I'd not caused, realising I had evidence of the state of the place they then tried a different tact. Came up with another list of issues , then more . I have obviously taken this up with deposit scheme , I will have to fight tooth & nail to get my money back , I believe they are dishonest and sneaky & would not recommend them nor would I suggest a rental ,they are not trustworthy in the slightest. They work in collusion with the landlord and will try their best to diddle you out of the deposit especially on managed let's.<br>They tried to suggest I'd scuffed walls & needed part of deposit to re decorate ( i had gone to the trouble of filling all holes & redecorating myself ) when I left - I've added photos to show state of the walls the day I moved in and the mess ( look at the wc !!!!) , I'm only showing on here to prove their dishonesty and the bare faced cheek to demand money<br>I had a professional clean , I put new carpets in & left them shampooed.<br>Be careful with this bunch - seriously they will try and have you over. Fortunately I'm a step ahead because I'm already in the business , made sure I had everything to fight with .

8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Amanda at Abode was so helpful , friendly and informative from the start. I also had dealings with Lynn, Ann and Rachel who were also very helpful. I would recommend Abode as an Estate agent as staff were always accessible by phone or email if we had any queries.

15th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)We bought a house via Sellect Homes. We were selling at the same time and lost our buyer 3 months into the process with no warning. Ann went above and beyond to reassure the seller of the house we were buying that we were working as quickly as possible to get things resolved. It all worked out in the end. Huge thanks to Ann for keeping things on track and going above and beyond, and to Ian for his help at the start and throughout. Highly recommend using Sellect Homes.

Her communication was fantastic, keeping me regularly updated at every stage and always being on hand to answer any questions. She genuinely couldn't have been more helpful, and her professionalism and dedication made the whole experience so much easier.<br><br>I couldn't recommend Scarlotte and the team at Century 21 highly enough.

There were points where communication had broken down elsewhere in the chain, but Lorraine and Georgina went above and beyond to keep everyone talking, track down updates, and push things forward.<br><br>A huge thank you to both Lorraine and Georgina for all their hard work, support, and dedication. Having previously been with another estate agent and being very disappointed with the service, we decided to appoint Atlas to handle our sale, and we are so glad we did!<br>From start to finish, the guidance, professionalism and communication were absolutely fantastic. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. I would particularly like to thank Alex, Fran, Kier, Georgie, Molly, Alison, Sharon and Rachael, all of whom played their part in achieving a successful sale.<br><br>The fact that the valuers undertake the viewings was excellent as they could answer prospective buyers questions directly and address any concerns they had.<br><br>After every viewing I received feedback both positive and constructive which was invaluable in understanding what potential buyers really thought of the property.<br><br>The sale completed at full asking price which was a great result.<br><br>As a Chartered Surveyor who deals with estate agents on a daily basis I can honestly say that Find Your Eden are exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

James is all friendly when it comes to wanting to sell your house and get your money but as soon as the sale has gone through and the buyer has an issue with the house they are no help. They are telling me I am going to court because of a dirty house and I will be paying all of the legal fees because he thinks my house was dirty. The house was not dirty, if the house was not up to the buyers standard then I don't feel I should be paying for the house to be cleaned professionally, that is their opinion and if they want that then they should pay for that. I fell very unfairly treated and being threatened by James and Candor that I am going to court regarding this feels like I am getting bullied into paying for something I don't need to. James and the team will come across all nice and helpful while they want your money but as soon as you are done they won't be all nice and helpful anymore. Do not trust and stay far far away!!
