1st Aug 2022 (3 years ago)I dealt with Berkley estate agents when I was considering selling my property. I needed advice and a valuation. The service and the advice I received was excellent and hassle free. Unlike other estate agents who have either not got back to me, took the wrong details down. Once I have decided what to do I will go straight to Berkle.

3rd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)I have found Cadley Caldwell staff very helpful and friendly. They always keep us informed of viewings and are willing to answer queries and discuss options. Their advice re sale price was much more realistic than other agents.
28th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)Rebecca from Howland Jones was very positive about my house, saying she was sure that there was someone who would really appreciate it's features. This proved to be true as the house sold in under a fortnight after the adverts went live. Her valuation (£40000 greater than another estate agent) proved to be accurate as the purchase was agreed at only £5000 below the asking price.
