Jodie and her team was very quick , efficient, friendly and helpful whenever a issue or question i contacted them with. Each time a solution or engineer was sent to fix any problems that occurred quickly and with constant communication with updates. To all at Bentons melton mowbray branch i Thank-you all very much. Living a long way from where Mum lived, I'm particularly grateful to Ellie-Mae who went out of her way to arrange viewings and be there herself so Mum wouldn't be on her own.
10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)They're the worst estate agent I have ever come across, I rented one of their properties, no proper maintenance, communication is zero and they don't keep to their words, be very careful when doing anything with them.- 16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Bought my property from Connells. There were a few hiccups along the way (on my part), but as I was a FTB Georgiana was very understanding and put me in touch with the right people to get it over the line. Any time I called the office, who ever answered the call, dealt with my query there and then. I asked for a second viewing of the property as soon as it got past a certain stage, to which they called me immediately to arrange. Very lovely bunch of people and so easy to work with. Thank you all ??????

Many thanks to Ben, Amy, Libby and Denise who fully supported the after sale and comms between myself the buyers, solicitors in the chain.
15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)BEWARE - This is a scam agency. They take deposit money from people showing fake properties and you will never see the money again. I was the guarantor for my family friends who were messed around for the last 2 weeks with the promise of handing over the key. This never happened and they refuse to return the refund. I was initially dealing with Bhavna then passed on to Justin who laughed at me and said my name is not on the Guarantor form so he cant talk to me, so no refund. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THIS ESTATE AGENCY We will be escalating this further and do what ever it takes to bring down fake estate agents like Belvoir Leicester. ----------------------------------------------------------- Update November 2025 We raised a complaint with TPO who set the rules and guidelines for estate agents in UK, explained our situation on an email with all the evidence. We received decision from TPO on the 28th of November advising Belvoir estate agents to refund our money minus reference fees. We have our money back now.

He kept us posted on all updates and went above and beyond to help the process run smoothly.Regular phone calls between us both which he never failed to answer. Don’t think I’d have managed without his help .A massive thank you to you .

From day one, right through to completion, she was supportive, approachable, and always on hand. Anne’s communication made the whole process feel smooth and manageable on the purchase side. She always responded quickly to emails, answered calls straight away, and worked hard to negotiate a price that both we and the seller were happy with. We’re so grateful for all her help!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
