Communication was excellent and we always felt kept up to date. Once my property was put on the market, his wonderful team were in touch with me weekly (if not more, due to the number of viewings!) to provide me with updates and guidance through the process. I felt thoroughly supported, and the whole team were David and his team were amazing throughout the whole process of selling my property. It was my first house sale, and David visited my home to discuss the service in detail, outlined what to expect in the process and the costs. 31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I was disappointed with the level of communication throughout my experience.<br><br>After submitting an offer on a property, I repeatedly had to chase for updates. On several occasions I was told the negotiator was unavailable and that I should call back later. I wasn’t kept informed about whether my offer had been presented or what the seller’s response was, and I felt I had to do all the chasing rather than being updated proactively.<br><br>Most of the staff I spoke to were polite and professional. However, my experience with Winston was very disappointing. While I was trying to explain my concerns, he repeatedly talked over me instead of listening. I also felt that the call ended abruptly, as he put the phone down before I had finished explaining my point. That left me feeling frustrated and that my concerns were not being taken seriously.<br><br>Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, and clear, respectful communication is essential. Even if there is no update from the seller, a simple phone call or email to keep buyers informed would make a significant difference.<br><br>I hope the branch takes this feedback on board and improves both its communication and customer service.

As soon as we sold our property, he was completely on top of everything—constantly chasing updates, pushing things forward, and making sure the process never stalled.<br>What really stood out was his communication. Terral kept us fully up to date at every single stage, so we were never left guessing. House exchanges can be incredibly stressful, but his understanding and reassuring approach really helped put us at ease throughout.<br>If you want someone proactive, reliable, and genuine on your side, Terral is your guy. Highly recommended!

Whether it was sales progression, communication, negotiation or simply keeping everything moving, each person played an important part in making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>Communication was consistently excellent throughout. The team were always proactive, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues quickly. Rather than simply passing messages between solicitors, they genuinely helped drive the transactions forward and kept everyone aligned.<br><br>A special mention goes to Harry, who has clearly built a fantastic team and a genuinely well-oiled operation. It's evident that there's a strong culture of professionalism, teamwork and customer service throughout the business, and that filters through every interaction.<br><br>Buying and selling property is rarely without its challenges, but Alexanders made the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
