We could not have asked for any more form Lauren, Maddie and Eve Never complained and were with us all the way, through a very difficult sale with difficult solicitors and lower chain issues. Living a long way from where Mum lived, I'm particularly grateful to Ellie-Mae who went out of her way to arrange viewings and be there herself so Mum wouldn't be on her own.

Jan in particular became like a friend to her and always returned our telephone calls when asked and she always kept us informed which was very important to us. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable and also a very nice man. We would 100% recommend Martin & Co for any sale or purchase.

I’ve used them multiple times to purchase properties at auction, and every single time they’ve been friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Their communication is clear and consistent, making the entire process simple and stress?free. What truly sets them apart is their honesty and genuine willingness to help — something rare in the property world. They handle everything with great care and attention to detail, and I always feel fully supported throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shonki Bros to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. Truly a 5?star service!

Rang to arrange a valuation on a Monday- Tom advised would confirm appointment with a later call- Tuesday- no response- called- got answering machine, Left a message. Wednesday 1500 still no call to book. Obviously don't need customers with such appalling customer service!! In response to their reply. PAUL JAMES spoke to Tom, who said he would speak to Sarah, responder, to review. If we hadn't rung and spoke to them how would we know their names! We left full address details emails phone numbers. Too late now as basically calling us liars. Happy to send screenshots of dates and times the calls were made! As we are most certainly not lying! Maybe ask Tom why he didn't follow up on my husbands call to book a valuation?!
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Everyone at Moore and York seems to be really helpful and very quick with responses on email or on the phone, however Natasha never seems to do anything, every time I email her regarding something someone else always replies as she clearly just doesn’t deal withit herself, every-time I call for her shes always out of the office or gone for the day, I would definitely recommend using Moore and York but would highly recommend not to contact Natasha and contact the others in the office.

The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional and every single person on the team we interacted with were highly responsive, approachable and professional. Their concept to selling houses is transparent, the app they use to track the sale and purchase of properties was intuitive and the team made the whole experience hassle free and straight forward.
