They’re always helpful, professional and easy to deal with, and nothing ever seems too much trouble.<br><br>Communication is great, any issues are dealt with promptly, and it’s reassuring to know my property is being looked after properly without me having to chase things up.<br><br>It’s clear that Minesh takes pride in what he does and has a great team around him. My children have grown, I’ve grown, and life has changed. With our family’s needs getting bigger, it was time to find a new home that would suit this next chapter of our lives.<br><br>We found that home through Nest, and then came the decision to put our own property on the market. Belle and Sara were fantastic from the start. They were professional, supportive, and made sure the photographs showcased all the hard work and love I had put into my home. The property was on the market and sold within a week!<br><br>This then created a chain of six properties. At this point, Nest had delivered everything we had initially agreed, and the legal process began.<br><br>Now, if you love efficiency, getting things done, and knowing where you stand, the legal side of moving house will certainly test your patience! ?????? It’s a long, drawn-out process, and “just hold tight” is much easier said than done.<br><br>My tip for first-time buyers? Keep chasing your solicitor! Regular check-ins are essential, as the process can take up to 16 weeks, sometimes longer. I was sitting at six months with my mortgage offer nearing its expiry, and we were still trying to get everything over the line.<br><br>This is where Nest really went above and beyond. The team didn’t just sit back and wait for things to happen. They were dedicated, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping us get our chain completed. Communication was key, and they had the ability to pick up the phone, speak directly to the people involved, and push for progress when things had stalled.<br><br>The legal process can be frustrating, especially when you feel that time is running out. My biggest lesson is to stay involved, keep asking questions, and don’t be afraid to challenge your solicitor when you need answers.<br><br>I cannot thank Sara, Debbie, Kerry, and the whole Nest team enough. We have finally EXCHANGED! ????????????<br><br>While I was in Egypt, anxiously waiting for news and worrying about my mortgage offer, Sara personally called me with the good news. That personal touch meant so much. The team were incredibly accommodating, listened to our concerns, supported us throughout, and helped us through what has been a very stressful journey.<br><br>Buying and selling a home is about so much more than bricks and mortar. It’s about your family, your future, and the memories you’re about to create. 3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I can’t say anything other than they are a WONDERFUL team who have almost become like friends over a 6 month, very tricky sale of our house. They were so pleasant, communicated well and went out of their way to make sure our sale through. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I want to thank Shanya who even went out to a viewing one evening when we were away. She is so smiley, friendly, and incredibly efficient! Jo the manager again has such a warm personality and was always reassuring when things got unsettled with our vendors. Steff was great too and although came in later on in our sale, was always “on the case”. Can’t forget Mike either who valued our property in the beginning and was very good at explaining the whole selling procedure to us. They are a wonderful team and I would recommend Spencer’s to anyone selling a house in this area.

They guided me through everything, from getting the flat ready to rent and explaining what I needed to have in place from a legal standpoint, to finding a tenant, which happened really quickly. At every stage I felt well looked after and never felt out of my depth. I’d happily recommend them to any landlord, especially anyone new to renting out a property.<br><br>Chloe was a massive help from start to finish. She was patient, knowledgeable and always happy to answer my questions, which made a huge difference as a first-time landlord. She made a process I’d been nervous about feel easy, and I’m really grateful for her support. Robinson Estates is lucky to have her.

From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email . Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process. A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.

From start to finish the team were focused renting the property out as soon as possible and took high quality photos, advertising the property the next day and arranging visits within the same week. Both Dipul and Owen have been my first point of contact and its via WhatsApp as well as email which makes the service they provide so personal and the response times regardless of the time of the day or weekend have been within a few minutes. High quality services and support is first class. I would definitely recommend if you are busy working or just need someone to handle the stress for your rentals or even if you are selling they make it easier for you.
