Maddie kept us in the loop throughout the whole process which was stressful at times and kept in contact with our solicitor and notified us immediately about the current situation. We are extremely grateful and so happy we are now in our lovely new home. Moving is inevitably stressful but instructing Howkins and Harrison was the best decision we could have made. 5th May 2026 (4 days ago)Bad people I tried every way to meet them in the middle in a way that proves we can work with each other I tried to prove my hardest that I have a stable job I showed them my statements and my job details and prove of pay and my warehouse company absolute the worst they didn’t even give me my deposit back it’s always been the workers doing a poor job

Mike was very good arranging photo’s and appointments around us and work which was challenging but not an issue at all. He has vast knowledge and a lovely guy. Even replying to emails late in the evening - complete dedication! Both Georgina and Shaniya have been polite and answered all questions and emails promptly. Shaniya arranged a viewing recently and kept my 8 year old daughter amused counting things with her so she wasn’t under our feet, this is what I love about Spencers’s. Shaniya didn’t need to do this but she was amazing and went above and beyond and we our so thankful so I felt I needed to write a review.

From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email .
