Communication was always prompt, clear and helpful and the whole team was really friendly. They were always understanding, accommodating and willing to help, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent and we always felt kept up to date. Although we ultimately decided to take our property off the market for now, we were very happy with the service we received and would have no hesitation recommending them ??????

It was my first property sale, and David visited my home to discuss the service in detail, outlined what to expect in the process and the costs. Once my property was put on the market, his wonderful team were in touch with me weekly (if not more, due to the number of viewings!) to provide me with updates and guidance through the process. I felt thoroughly supported, and the whole team were David and his team were amazing throughout the whole process of selling my property. It was my first house sale, and David visited my home to discuss the service in detail, outlined what to expect in the process and the costs. Once my property was put on the market, his wonderful team were in touch with me weekly (if not more, due to the number of viewings) to provide me with updates and guidance through the process. I felt thoroughly supported and informed, and the whole team were super friendly and helpful. From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email . Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process. A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.
17th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)The customer service from this letting agency is appalling. I had a viewing booked. My 2 years old son suddenly fell ill and was rushed to hospital. I was in the hospital with no service attempted to call to cancel my viewing no answer. 45 mins before my appointment I also emailed to confirm cancellation as online it advised the place was not available until August. 1. Misleading information over the phone and online about a property. 2. Shocking behaviour from the agent who was raising his voice at me and telling me I’m black listed. Will be posting my reviews all over social media and making sure no one uses this company. They do not even know how to speak with customers. So rude and disrespectful. I will gladly be black listed from this agency. Thank god! Do not use them at all. Never ever would I recommend this company lack of empathy for my situation. Give false information and then have the cheek to be rude. Disgusting behaviour !

As soon as we sold our property, he was completely on top of everything—constantly chasing updates, pushing things forward, and making sure the process never stalled.<br>What really stood out was his communication. Terral kept us fully up to date at every single stage, so we were never left guessing. House exchanges can be incredibly stressful, but his understanding and reassuring approach really helped put us at ease throughout.<br>If you want someone proactive, reliable, and genuine on your side, Terral is your guy. Highly recommended!

Sold quickly and smoothly with clear instructions. Would definitely use their services again. The whole team were excellent at communicating. We really liked the WhatsApp group for clear communication.
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Purchased a property which fell through last second on seller side was offered the same property on rent which I accepted and was told to get things moving fast or would lose the property. Sent across deposit and then was told was issue with property after a month or so was told the property was ready to move in. I had by then arranged to live at another property as the timescales was too long and I had already been waiting since march as I thought I was purchasing the property. I asked for a refund from the agencyfor the deposit and they just declined . I just felt disheartened that firstly I was messed around with the seller and then the agency didn’t even acknowledge that I had been waiting around for 4 months and I had no choice but to find alternative accomdation.
