We were in regular contact throughout the process and Becky was in contact with all parties to ensure that the sale progressed as smoothly as possible, keeping us updated every step of the way and providing a friendly, approachable service and plenty of reassurance along the way. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell.

They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)All estate agents are not the same, this is what we recently found out when using Middletons to both sell our house and purchase our new bungalow from. From day one they were on the ball and always keeping us informed of what stages everybody was at, chasing up wherever necessary. I would give a special mention to Hazel who, without her in depth knowledge and experience I wonder if we would have got our lovely new bungalow. All the staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend Middletons estate agents to anyone who is selling or buying a property. They really are excellent.<br>Robert & Gayle

28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Don’t rent a property with them, they will extort your deposit in the name of “deep cleaning” we left the property with painted walls and fully cleaned property prior to moving as stated in the contract. Throughout the whole process he kept us regularly informed with frequent updates both online and by telephone. He completed all viewings himself and sold our property less than 3 weeks from initial advert. Thank you so much.

She conducted her market research and prepared results according to my needs and the outcome was positive. She asked the right questions, provided useful information, and also gave me the opportunity to enquire further without any pressure. Katie was extremely informative, helpful, and communicated excellently throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend and utilise Katie again in future. Her professionalism and attention to detail was spot on

I am concerned that the quotations provided for cleaning and painting were significantly inflated, potentially resulting in tenants being charged more than is reasonable. Greater transparency and the use of independent quotations are necessary to ensure a fair process for all parties.
