6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Awful experience, they knew no information about the property (measurements, current utilities, etc) and didn’t get back to me when I asked them to find out. Also initially gave me the wrong key to the property. They also use third parties for so much of the process which gets really confusing and they don’t clarify things properly when asked.

It was my first property sale, and David visited my home to discuss the service in detail, outlined what to expect in the process and the costs. Once my property was put on the market, his wonderful team were in touch with me weekly (if not more, due to the number of viewings!) to provide me with updates and guidance through the process. I felt thoroughly supported, and the whole team were David and his team were amazing throughout the whole process of selling my property. It was my first house sale, and David visited my home to discuss the service in detail, outlined what to expect in the process and the costs. Once my property was put on the market, his wonderful team were in touch with me weekly (if not more, due to the number of viewings) to provide me with updates and guidance through the process. I felt thoroughly supported and informed, and the whole team were super friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Becky who primarily dealt with my case, also a big thanks to everyone else - you were all amazing. I would definitely recommend David Robinson Estate Agents. Thank you all.

As soon as we sold our property, he was completely on top of everything—constantly chasing updates, pushing things forward, and making sure the process never stalled.<br>What really stood out was his communication. Terral kept us fully up to date at every single stage, so we were never left guessing. House exchanges can be incredibly stressful, but his understanding and reassuring approach really helped put us at ease throughout.<br>If you want someone proactive, reliable, and genuine on your side, Terral is your guy. Highly recommended!

24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)I am very pleased with the staff at kal sangra, (auction team) they were really helpful from the registration process till the auction itself!<br>Taking part in any auction can be daunting and very overwhelming but with the right guidance and help it can be made very simple! Thanks to Danesha.<br>I would definitely recommend this auction group.<br>The bidding is fast paced as it should be and the process very easy if you register with all the documents required.<br>Note: Bidding can get carried away but you the bidder must know your own limit!- 15th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)Very helpful and approachable staff. 12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Purchased a property which fell through last second on seller side was offered the same property on rent which I accepted and was told to get things moving fast or would lose the property. Sent across deposit and then was told was issue with property after a month or so was told the property was ready to move in. I had by then arranged to live at another property as the timescales was too long and I had already been waiting since march as I thought I was purchasing the property. I asked for a refund from the agencyfor the deposit and they just declined . I just felt disheartened that firstly I was messed around with the seller and then the agency didn’t even acknowledge that I had been waiting around for 4 months and I had no choice but to find alternative accomdation.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

Although the market is quite down they still got our house sold which is very impressive considering that the market is down and I have seen properties still on the market.<br><br>Their communication is also very prompt and efficient. Such as sending out documents etc.<br><br>Dont go to others such as william h brown estate agents, or spencers as they dont care about any enquiries like your move does.<br><br>The financial/mortgage adviser shiwani is also amazing she helps you out with any financial advise you need.<br><br>So happy with the service Your move have given us.<br><br>Thank you

Purchasing our first home came with many questions and queries that Rochelle did not hesitate to answer and gave us her time to talk us through all the processes. Everyone at Frank Innes has been incredibly helpful too and always had great customer care! Thank you for making our first home purchase as smooth as it could be!

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a bad experience with this esate agents. They send us marketing posts saying they have sold this house etc in our area so this made us think we should consider them. Thank God we did not consider them as when we try to reach out regarding their marketing posts asking if they are true on their words, will they sell our property like other properties they dont give us a response back. Then why bother sending us any marketing posts if you dont want to respond back. I understand that esate agents prefer to call to discuss However, not everyone can call so they may drop a message through an enquiry form as it best fits their schedule. This is a form of communication so they could've atleast responded back to the enquiry.
