Julia was fantastic at communicating all the details and updates with both sides of the purchase which made for a swift and smooth transaction. I know the staff and they know me, no changes which makes a real difference. Recently I sold a property too and David and his Team were completely on the ball. They are a local, family owned agent, that makes a huge difference. They know the market, the area and you can trust their integrity and judgement. I sold my house and bought my new home through them, and the whole process was handled incredibly well from start to finish. Ashley and Samantha in the office were fantastic throughout. Their communication was excellent, they kept me regularly updated, were always quick to respond to questions, and were so helpful and reassuring whenever anything came up. Both parts of the chain were clearly communicated and managed really smoothly, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier. Their professionalism, organisation and support really stood out, and I’m so grateful to Ashley and Samantha for helping make my move such a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.

From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings. My first buyer dropped out but Dan got me sold again in less than two weeks for the full asking price. Excellent service would 100% recommend.

Great advertising including modern videos for social media. Riva Lily really offer a fresh, new approach to to estate agency.
