BE CAREFUL IF YOU OR YOUR NEIGHBOUR USES PAISLEY PROPERTIES - They posted a photo of our vehicle with the registration clearly visible, it appeared on the listing for a neighbouring property. It was published on their website and social media. Our vehicle was parked on our private property, not visible from the roadside and accessed via a privately owned driveway. The photo featured along with our complete address details. We had to ask several times for it to be removed, we complained in writing and their response was that they would not communicate with us about this issue.No acknowledgment of their error, no explanation as to how it had occurred and no apology. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional and this was the business owner.... Read more

Cobourg, and the face behind it, Head Residence Manager doesn’t manage problems — manages optics. Repeated conversations, delays until issues go cold, and responses that make you question yourself rather than addressing what’s happening. Add in the admin failures (keys/access, delays, paperwork quality) and you get a head manager that is quick to control small things but disappears when problems are raised. Until major change occurs I cannot recommend this at all.... Read more
