I am very disappointed and frustrated. If you can’t manage the appointment then you should not run the company and should not waste other people’s time. Its really shame on your company

7th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)This was my first time searching for and viewing rental properties on my own, so I was a little nervous about the process. Within minutes of making an enquiry about a flat I liked, Tomas replied and arranged a viewing for me within a few days. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the viewing. He also showed me other similar properties, gave me time to make a decision, and sent everything over quickly once I was ready to proceed with the contract. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from Tomas at Parklane Properties and would definitely consider using Parklane again in the future.

25th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)I initially had George the branch manager come value my home and found him such a lovely man and he put me at ease about how the whole process will go , Having put my trust in them they sold my house within days and Adam became my agent and looked after the sale of my home and he did a fantastic job Adam rang me every week without fail and kept me upto date with every single update and anything i wasn't sure about he was just a phone call away , I highly recommend the branch and couldn't praise the team enough .
25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Martin and co manage the property next door to mine which is noisy and overcrowded- noise from the house including slamming doors, shouting and taxis coming and going at all hours upsets both myself and other neighbours on the street. I have complained to Martin and co numerous times but they have failed to deal with the issue.
13th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)Not a great experience. Communication wasn't great when booking a house viewing and then rude to me over the phone. Then transpired they has already accepted an offer before even completing all of the viewings for the day or notifying anyone of that change. Completely wasting everyone's time.

2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)AJ is very knowledgeable and very good at what he does . He is the best in the business .I had issues with rentals and tenants and AJ sorted everything out for me . AJ was outstading and he needs to be recognised for the very hard work he puts into the company .AJ can fight any authority.He is simply the best no- other agents can touch him.Best in the business.

31st Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)EDIT: Owner has responded to this review with a bunch of lies, we reported the issue with the roof in June, when there was no "Winter weather". If you are looking for a property and see these guys, avoid at all cost, they are cheap/lazy/incompetent, they have actively put our health at risk by refusing to address clear issues in our house, they seem to be ignoring all issues in the house. Also, when we moved in, the house was absolutely disgusting and they refuse to accept any responsibility for it. Have included photos of issues they ignored.
