7th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)This was my first time searching for and viewing rental properties on my own, so I was a little nervous about the process. Within minutes of making an enquiry about a flat I liked, Tomas replied and arranged a viewing for me within a few days. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the viewing. He also showed me other similar properties, gave me time to make a decision, and sent everything over quickly once I was ready to proceed with the contract. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from Tomas at Parklane Properties and would definitely consider using Parklane again in the future.- 10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Headingley Branch managed to sell my property in Leeds city centre when others had failed. Leah Sutcluffe and the team were very proactive and arranged and managed a good number of viewings. The sale has finally completed so I’m very pleased.
5th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

Other main agents in the area were abysmal and cost us time and money with their lack lustre attitude and inexperience and just not knowing what to do . USE ALAN COOKE ESTATE AGENTS THEY ARE FANTASTIC CLEVER AND TELL YOU STRAIGHT ABOUT PROPERTY AND MARKET - I COULD NOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH AND THEIR FEES ARE VERY REASONABLE. THANKS FOR A SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION

She really listened to what I was looking for, kept me updated throughout, and went above and beyond to find me a great property at a very good value. Her professionalism, honesty, and friendly approach made a huge difference, and I felt supported and well-informed. I couldn’t recommend Chelsee highly enough to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares and delivers excellent results.

The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Karen was a lifesaver when it came to me and my partner buying our first home. Due to expecting our first child, we were in a rush to get things done and Karen made the process so much better for us. Excellent communication throughout and was always able to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend Northwood to anyone, and if you get the pleasure of having Karen, then be sure that the process will be smooth !

We had quite a long sales process and David was on the phone to all parties helping to move things along where he could. We would fully recommend David.

They made you feel they trully cared about your sale. I have used other local estate agent but Mapps estate agents are in a league of their own. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you to you all.
