14th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)I decided to move to probate properties from your move after 9 months of waiting from another high street estate agent. Comparatively,Sandra is very nice and kind and this estate agent truly know how to complete a sale smoothly. James set the price accurately and his knowledge of valuation is very accurate claims that the property is very popular and has lots of offers and I appreciate . They do check buyers source of income in very detail and I appreciate as this can avoid hiccup in midway of sale and I would recommend any sellers to choose your move james Barrett as your estate agent
18th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)I attended 2 property viewings with Martin. Martin was excellent throughout our experience. He was not pushy at all and really took the time to listen to what we were looking for. He showed genuine interest in our questions and was always happy to answer everything clearly and patiently. He allowed us to take our time, even on a second viewing of the same property. Personable, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. A great estate agent who strikes the right balance between professionalism and approachability. I would recommend asking for Martin to show you round houses if you're looking, he's fab!- 6th May 2026 (3 days ago)Amazing experience with WHB through Kelcie Winterburn. She sorted us quick and for that we are forever grateful. She went above and beyond to sort us our new place in 5 days time. She dealt professionally and proactively. Again, great service and experience nonetheless.

14th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

I have had a few delays in responses to maintenance requests, but they always come through eventually. I think they are an excellent team and are concerned about their clients.

The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

31st Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)EDIT: Owner has responded to this review with a bunch of lies, we reported the issue with the roof in June, when there was no "Winter weather". If you are looking for a property and see these guys, avoid at all cost, they are cheap/lazy/incompetent, they have actively put our health at risk by refusing to address clear issues in our house, they seem to be ignoring all issues in the house. Also, when we moved in, the house was absolutely disgusting and they refuse to accept any responsibility for it. Have included photos of issues they ignored.
