Dreadful agent, disorganized, didn't communicate with us, slow at responding or managing our expectations. Bit of a backstreet do it yourself type of place, only interested in the commission at the end, didn't check with us before making decisions, bunch of young girls in there who know very little about the industry. The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way!
