22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)In my search for renting a property after having had no luck withh other agency's until i stumbled across an ad for a property that suited my needs and after having enquired through Brown and Merry i was contacted shortly after and they had arranged a viewing, on top of viewing i had made an on the spot query to view a second property and was greatly accommodated, after having made a decision between the two properties i contacted Brown and Merry and they promptly assisted me in the application process and made the process stress free, this is my second time in 5 years using Brown and Merry and would greatly recommend them for prompt and timely assistance and delivery of service.

I have been particularly impressed by the calm, respectful and efficient way he has handled everything. Property transactions can be stressful and complicated, but Kevin took the time to listen to my concerns, explain matters clearly and treat my circumstances with genuine understanding. His knowledge, professionalism and excellent communication have given me reassurance and confidence during an important time for my family. It is rare to receive such a high level of personal attention and customer care. Although my transaction is still ongoing, I already believe Kevin deserves special recognition for the way he has supported me. I have every confidence in him and would highly recommend his services. Once the transaction is complete, I will be very happy to update my review to reflect my full experience. 20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I had a few estate agents come and assess my house for selling in todays market, all of them prepared me for a hard market, to keep my expectations minimal, id be lucky to breakeven.<br>Then, entered stuart. He told me not only would it likely be a quick sale, but id turn a tidy profit, given the feedback i had from the other estate agents i felt maybe he was trying to selling me a dream, but i gave Stuart the opportunity to prove me wrong.<br>The very next day he had a viewing ready from his list of buyers who he said would be interested. The viewing went amazingly and they bought it for the asking price that Stuart set which was far higher than i imagined id be able to achieve.<br>I need to also mention that this house didnt even make it onto rightmove or any property search engine! It was completely off of stuarts prospective buyers list. So within one day of me seeing Stuart, my house was already in the process of being purchased!<br>To say my experience with Astons has been nothing short of a dream, is honestly under selling it. Everybody knows the tension experienced while selling a house, but i managed to avoid all of it, thanks to Stuart and his amazing team.<br>Thank you to Astons, i cannot thank you enough and recommend you too much.

They came and took some very professional looking pictures of our house and we were on the market within 5 days of the initial meeting. Communication was fantastic with regular feedback on viewings and the team were always reachable if we had a question or were after some advice. All of their hard work resulted in a sale (STC) in just 18 days!<br>We can’t thank the team from Ewemove Leighton Buzzard enough and would highly recommend to anybody looking to sell in the area!

10th May 2022 (4 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

From the vet first conversation to the finish, he made what could have been a stressful process feel completely effortless.<br>Matthew’s communication was genuinely second to none. He was incredibly responsive, kept us updated after every viewing and always made sure we knew exactly what was happening. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. When the solicitors were not very good at communicating Xchange really helped bridge that gap and do chasing on our behalf, which was massively appreciated too. Would definitely recommend

Very professional sales negotiator listened to what we required never pushy to get a sale.
