The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. Special praise goes to Alison Withers and to Leah Cyprus, who were my primary contacts and to whom I am greatly indebted.- 21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We wanted to say a big thank you for all the help, support and guidance given to us by Doug and Joe during our recent purchase. We were extremely impressed how both of them kept in touch regularly, always returned our calls, even making calls in the evening if necessary. 23rd Aug 2026 (0 days ago)Based on my current experience of Taylors, no I would not recommend them. I was terribly disappointed mainly due to the communication side. Telephone system not operating, feedback are not done very well. I believe that communication is absolutely essential between the Agent the seller and of course, the buyer when one gets a buyer. However, hopefully they will have learned from their experience with myself and have every opportunity of improving what they do going forward. I wish them well.
3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I handed in our notice and ended up having to take the matter to court because of the overpaid rent and deposit. The whole process took around six months, and there’s still money outstanding.<br><br>At this point, I can’t be bothered spending more money on bailiffs to try and recover it. I’d rather focus on enjoying my new home and move on with my life.

Even when things became difficult and complicated, they stuck by me and continued to be helpful, patient and understanding from start to finish.<br><br>They dealt with all the complexities of my situation professionally and made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. Communication was always great, and they kept me updated and helped wherever they could.<br><br>I’m extremely grateful to both Poppy and Alex for their time, patience and effort in helping me secure my new place. They genuinely went above and beyond, and I couldn’t thank them enough for everything they did.<br><br>I would highly recommend Poppy and Alex to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and supportive team. 17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)A series of unfortunate events (on the sellers part) meant I could never complete on the house I was buying through Robinson’s.<br><br>Charlie was really good and worked until the death of the transaction to try and get things through.<br><br>Gutted to have not made it work but the determination, willing and genuine care was really visible throughout.<br><br>Special shout out to Mark too!!

25th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)Although my husband and I sold through MG Towcester and bought through MG Newport Pagnell, I need to give a special mention to Harry who used to work at the Newport Pagnell office but now is at MK. Harry is quite simply excellent and extremely communicative. We had our eye on a particular house for a very long time but were unable to put an offer in due to having listed with a rubbish estate agent for about 5 months before we switched to MG. Harry kept in contact and gave us updates about the house we loved. Once we were in a position to put in an offer he negotiated extremely hard considering the sellers were quite set, however he pulled it off and we’re now sitting in our beautiful new home ??????<br><br>?????????? for Harry!!

I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.

Took his time to listen to us and ensure that our property was marketed in the best way. He gave an accurate estimate of our property’s value. Photos were excellent and helped to sell our house I’m sure. Several viewings were secured quickly and our house sold at above the asking price within days. The sales negotiator was experienced and helped us to secure a really good price. All was done quickly but we didn’t feel rushed and were kept updated at every stage. All in all a good experience and we are happy sellers.
