16th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)????? We had a really great experience with Taylors Sales and Letting Agents – Roath, especially Aidan King (Senior Lettings Negotiator), who supported us from day one. Aidan was friendly, professional, and always quick to respond. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We found a lovely flat, and everything was completed within just 3 days - super quick and easy! This was honestly one of the best moving experiences we’ve had. A big thank you to Aidan and the Taylors team — highly recommended!??????????

From the very first meeting through to completion, the whole team was professional, proactive, and genuinely friendly. They kept me informed every step of the way, offered clear and honest advice, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, manageable and a pleasurable experience. Their marketing was excellent with a beautiful video and lovely photographs, the communication was always prompt, and they were incredibly supportive during negotiations right through to the final stages. What really stood out was their personal approach. Every member of the team cared about getting the best outcome for me, and it showed in the result. I would highly recommend Archer & Co in Usk to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you so much for all your hard work — I am truly grateful!

Louise was super helpful from start to finish — always quick to respond, happy to answer any questions, and keeping us updated as things moved along. 15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)The team have been excellent. The are knowledgeable and friendly . The valuer understood my needs , explained what I needed to do ( which was just a tidy and personal item declutter - much less than I was prepaying for thankfully and the house was priced accordingly. As soon as I was ready my property was photographed Wednesday evening and a sneak peek live steamed with success - Friday evening the property went live - the next day a number of prospective buyers came & a very attractive offers were made and one was accepted . I highly recommend this team they really know what they are doing !
3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked a viewing for a rental property, but no one showed up at the flat. I also did not receive any phone call or notification to explain what happened. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and wasted my time. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

They made what can be a very stressful probate sale process feel completely manageable. I’m really pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)House been on the market since June 25 only had 3 viewings. Sold Feb 26. No contact from m2 on to tell us when viewing was booked No updates at all in-between, where as other estate agents offer weekly updates.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

He arranged and communicated countless viewings, always keeping me informed and up-to-date with feedback and responses. His professionalism was outstanding, and his communication was consistently excellent. I know I put Dane through his paces, and he earned every penny! What truly set Dane apart was his unique approach. I was genuinely touched by his hand-written letter, a personal touch you rarely see these days. And the tea bag he included? It made a truly delightful cup of tea! Honestly, Dane is the best estate agent anyone could ask for. I've already recommended him to my friends because I want them to experience the same 5-star service. He's an absolute asset to his company.
