Their recommended solicitors Juno were very good with automated workflow to keep things moving. Their guidance on pricing was accurate and realistic. Highly recommend using them.

11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Always a fabulous selection on offer. Really well laid out and options to bid online if you cant make it on the day. Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement. Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely. Looking forward to attending next month

Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.- 15th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

They’ve worked actively to answer questions, chase other parties when necessary and make sure everyone in the chain is supported and happy. I can’t thank them enough - my house was sold in two days and two viewings. Moving day is this week…!

A truly excellent team, never was a call or email unanswered, continuously kept updated and everything with the sale of our home was taken care of perfectly. If you are looking to sell your property look no further than Roscoe Rogers and Knight, by far the best estate agent we have ever dealt with.

6th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)My experience with David James from my initial enquiries to offer and acceptance has been relaxed, friendly and efficient. Staff have kept me informed of all viewings and outcomes which have been conducted very professionally.
22nd Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will seem really helpful and on the ball to get you into a property. But are happy to leave you in bad conditions once you are in, with little to no comms. Avoid at all costs if you want to live somewhere without blocked pipes, rotting floors (which were promised to be done in week 1 of me moving in as they are rotting from a leak from the previous tenant, leaking toilet, dead animal (rat like) smells (and possibly dead animals - who knows as they haven’t arranged for anyone to look into it), radiators on the floor (that have fallen off the wall) and radiators that don’t heat up. These are just a few of the issues I am currently facing in the property let by Digby and Turner. The builder Owen uses is incapable and when finally replacing the toilet last friday after almost 2 months of waiting, he left full access to my property by leaving the back door wide open for a minimum of 2 days whilst I was away caring for family. This was after he left the front door open to the street, allowing my German shepherd to run straight into the road. I am receiving very limited communications from Owen and am having to seek legal advice to find out what I can do next. AVOID DIGBY AND TURNER. Would have given 0 stars, but Google says you have to pick at least 1. Couple of photos attached so you can see this review is very real and see how filthy the property was when taking it on, despite being told cleaners were going in. I highlighted over a month ago that this is worsening a health condition which I am currently receiving hospital treatment for, yet still have not even received an apology from Owen/Digby and Turner, let alone getting the work done. I don’t even know if the landlord knows of the state of disrepair his property is in, so if you are looking for someone to let your property, consider how Digby and turner will look after it (or not look after it) before considering them as an option. Worst agency I have ever experienced - so much so that I am writing this review, which I have never done before, but the level of ignorance and inability to provide safe accommodation, or stick to agreements is unbelievable and I wanted to warn others before they find themselves in the horrible conditions I am living in.
15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)The team have been excellent. The are knowledgeable and friendly . The valuer understood my needs , explained what I needed to do ( which was just a tidy and personal item declutter - much less than I was prepaying for thankfully and the house was priced accordingly. As soon as I was ready my property was photographed Wednesday evening and a sneak peek live steamed with success - Friday evening the property went live - the next day a number of prospective buyers came & a very attractive offers were made and one was accepted . I highly recommend this team they really know what they are doing !

6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I recently completed my purchase and move from England to Wales and wanted to express my gratitude to the team at Fine and Country. Keeley was constantly available and helped me organise multiple visits over the year to different properties and her advice was very much needed. Corrine met me at all the houses and was very knowledgeable about them and the different locations. I visited my dream home 3 times with Corrine who was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable and gave me time in the house. Once agreed that this was my house the team went above and beyond to secure this house for me. Alice was then bought in for my sale and she was exceptional throughout, she stayed in constant touch with me, chased multiple people in the chain, was lightning speed at responding and became my therapist throughout the whole process. Once the purchase was complete and we headed to exchange and completion the real stress began. Alice did everything in her power to ensure my move went as smoothly as it could and even when there was obstacles Alice got me through it. Corrine even went to my house and waited for furniture to be delivered 2 weeks before I moved in and on my moving day Corrine met me with a plate full of lovely cakes and welcomed me to Wales with the biggest hug that I needed. My eternal thanks to this amazing team of women who helped me, listened to me and looked after me for the past year. Alexandra
