6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I had a valuation with Carrie at Hamptons in Caterham. She is by far the most impressive Agent in the area and in her field. Professional, knowledgable, passionate, presentable and honest are just a few ways I would describe her. Hamptons stood out and they really are unlike any other Estate Agent in the area - they go the extra mile with every detail and have their clients at the forefront of everything they do. I would recommend them.

They were great from start to finish — always quick to reply, super helpful, and on top of everything. They kept things moving, chased when needed, and made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been. Really appreciated how responsive and proactive they both were. Loraine's experience helped to progress my purchase through incredibly quickly, and she is not only fast to respond to emails and queries, but is also absolutely delightful to deal with. I viewed a few properties with her and she was always professional, straightforward, and gave honest, helpful advice.<br><br>She was quick to respond, kept me updated, answered any questions I had, and made sure nothing was left outstanding. Overall, it felt well managed and much less stressful than I’d expected. I’d happily recommend them.

We were fortunate to be assisted by Tara and Ian , the process threw up a good few challenges on both sides . Through all the information we found Tara to be ahead of the game every step of the way, she made sense of all the info and always had the right options for us to continue moving forward. Both my wife and myself would very much like to thank Tara for every phone call she made which made the process understandable and therefore calm . We would not hesitate to recommend this company if you are selling or buying, truely a first class outfit from top to bottom. Thank you all so much. Adrian x Barbara.

We bought our house through Bairstow Eves and got our mortgage through Zoe. Zoe made the whole process SO easy for getting a new mortgage, I couldn’t believe it. She was transparent and very professional. When changes were needed, she made them seem seamless. Would highly recommend her. The sales team were great. Jonathan, who I had most interaction with, was always cordial, a delight to interact with and just made the communication with our seller very easy. Thanks to the team’s responsiveness, they helped us move in a chain in 4 months - basically unheard of these days. Thanks for all your work, Bairstow Eves!

They moved quickly to get the photos live which helped generate viewings, and they kept me in the loop consistently with updates on feedback, interest levels, and next steps. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just “list it and hope,” they actually drove things forward. I’d happily recommend them.

10th May 2021 (4 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.

Blake was very friendly and professional during the viewings. He made us feel comfortable when showing us multiple properties, telling us useful information about each but also giving us advice and guidance through the process, which helps a lot when you’re a first time buyer.- 11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I worked with Lissy Brown whilst searching for my first property in a busy December period and she was the consummate professional. Quick to respond, honest (which was a rare breathe of fresh air) completely non-pushy and found us a genuinely quality pool of property options and although we ultimately purchased a property elsewhere, if I could have bought that property through her I would have. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a property! Thanks Lissy.

30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)We completed the sale of my parents’ house today and I cannot recommend Platform Property highly enough. This was a probate sale, and Platform took over after several unsuccessful months with a previous estate agent. They were proactive in getting in touch as the exclusive arrangement was coming to an end and made a strong, credible case for the quality of their service, which they fully lived up to. Despite a very challenging market, they generated over 20 viewings during the time the property was listed and guided us through a smooth and painless completion process. Communication throughout was excellent. We received prompt, detailed feedback after every viewing and always felt well informed at each stage. They also helpfully recommended a variety of different solicitors, and on the strength of their service we were happy to follow that recommendation. Customer care was consistently excellent: responsive, thorough and genuinely helpful. We are delighted with the outcome and very grateful for their professionalism and support throughout what could have been a difficult process.

Although they found a buyer for our property relatively quickly, the buyers solicitor was extremely slow and inefficient. However, Jane and Stuart worked hard to complete the sale and kept us informed and updated during the whole process. Their fees are extremely competitive, they are centrally located and provide an excellent service. Highly recommend.

He delivered the best deal for us as vendors in a challenging and competitive market.
17th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)H+P came highly recommended to us from previous customers. On viewing the website and learning a bit more about the company, that being the boutique approach to property sales was the first step towards inviting them to value alongside others local agents. India on arrival for the valuation had us from her greeting and the approach to the process which took into account, not just the physical features but how we lived in and used the space. She stood head and shoulders above the other local agents who valued our property. We felt confident in her approach and it was no way near other estate agency interactions we have experienced over the years!. The marketing of the property from the advice on presenting the home and the suite of photos and video made our property stand out from the local competition of similar properties on the market at the time. From this point the whole team approach of H and P in managing the viewings , open house and subsequent sale follow up was very evident. We had accepted an offer in less than two weeks of the property going live and the subsequent process to exchange and completion in under 4 months , all in what appears to be a very slow current property market. The key to this was H and P's approach to ensuring the right buyers are looking at the right properties from their excellent portfolio that they manage the marketing and subsequent sales of. We were contacted regularly and the team always had time to speak and support through the process. Our ongoing purchase was a separate transaction which posed some problems keeping both sides on track, the team understanding and appropriate support where they could ensured we managed to bring our sale and next purchase in line with only a 3 day hiatus. H and P partners who were recommended but not forcefully, delivered to meet our expectations with some above and beyond expectations. Demonstrating why they are partners with similar ethos and business approach. I cannot recommend India , Dan and Chris enough if considering selling as we did or buying in the area. if we were ever to return to the area we would not think twice to work with them for the excellent service, excellent knowledge and excellent portfolio of properties, they redefined estate agency positively for us!!! They are now venturing into property rental management and we wish them well. We are sure both landlords and tenants will be safe in their expert hands.

After our offer was accepted we had Nic who helped to guide us through and provide an easy conduit to our sellers. We would highly recommend them.
