They kept us informed before and after all viewings and we had quite a few before we found our buyer but always felt they maintained an enthusiasm and commitment to the job. A very professional but personal service.

I have no intention of being abusive, and I would appreciate the same level of professionalism and understanding in return. Google reviews exist so customers can share their experiences and provide feedback. If negative feedback is a concern, then perhaps this platform is not the most suitable place to engage with customers. As this matter is now resolved on my side, I do not wish to take it further, but I hope future tenants are treated more considerately.

17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.

14th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)I can not praise Phil Charman enough, he is an expert in his job. Phil was the agent I purchased my property from and from start to finish he did everything in his power to get the whole chain to complete, going over and above considering he was not my selling agent. We had a very tight deadline and if it wasn’t for Phil being proactive, I’m not sure it would have happened. If I ever was to move again, I would definitely use Phil and would recommend him to everyone.
