Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

Brian, Kieran and the wider team were great throughout and made the whole process feel calm and well managed. Within the first week there were lots of viewings, and within a couple of weeks I had an offer I was very happy with. From there the sale progressed smoothly and completed in a good timeframe, with clear communication along the way. I was selling from a distance as the property was a rental, and the team were particularly helpful with this. They went above and beyond in dealing with practical and management-related issues at the property, which took a huge amount of stress out of the process and really helped everything run smoothly. Professional, responsive and genuinely supportive. I’m very glad I chose Field Palmer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My choice was based on viewing houses advertised with Jack 2 years ago and, now I am selling, "interviewing" Jack along with two household name agents locally : professional, friendly, reactive and efficient service and really understand the local market. No salesman -charm and then using faceless team members that know nothing about your property - exact opposite - hands on, genuine support from small, efficient and responsive team - well recoommend!

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our questions were answered clearly with no pressure at all. There was a healthy amount of viewings and offers forthcoming, giving plenty us of choice, which was really appreciated. A special mention to Kieran, Shannen, and Connor, who were all fantastic and a real credit to the team. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Sometimes things could get a little bit slow, but Leaders, our property manager and the staffs, were trying a lot to help us out. All problems were solved eventually. For the future I would definitely like to choose Leaders again!
