Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.
17th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Although the house we viewed with Your Move wasn’t for us, as a fellow estate agent it was really pleasing to come across a firm that does the basics well. The lines of communication and speed of response after my initial inquiry to view was spot-on and a particular mention to Charlie who met us at the viewing. Very nice chap, a refreshing laid-back approach but well informed as well. Hope to see more properties with them.
16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)If 0 stars was an option, I would leave it.<br>The company do not care about their renters once you get in. They left us 2 months without radiators and huge disruptions which effected us and claimed it was all done in a "timely manner" all other tenants and people in our whole block had discounted rent but we did not, it wasn't even considered from these people as they weren't the ones living in the state we had to.<br>We had flooding and was left all weekend as their emergency lines do not work, clothes were damaged from this and no response was provided as an apology when made aware.<br>Leaky dishwasher never was fixed, caused huge rotting in the wood to the point it was dangerous for me as I had an injury but they just rescrewed the boards down and left corners lifted up.<br>A flat buzzer that never worked so we missed countless parcels.<br>Countless threats about my pets and they would take the deposit from a but of mess that was an accident in our first few months and due to someone else complaining and making false allegations, should have added a pet clause into the contract asking for a pet deposit instead of just countless threats.<br>They took just under half our deposit for an invoice which is made by their internal company, the invoice had the wrong address, invalid dates and also just repeated itself multiple times.<br><br>They gave me the "complaints procedure" but it now coincidentally sends you to an email that is no longer monitored. The company are awful and I do not recommend them if you are looking to rent!

23rd Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)Had 8 different estate agents value my property (having already done my own research). ONLY Fox and Sons valued it the same. All the others just showed my details of other properties, none of which compared to mine, and put a ridiculously low value on mine. I showed them the door. Fox & Sons did not do this. They organised professional photographs etc., and advertised my property. Within a week I had an acceptable offer at my and Fox & Sons valuation, and far above that at which all the other Estate Agents had valued my home. The service from Fox & Sons has been nothing short of excellent, keeping me fully informed by text, email and phone, every step of the way. all I can do now is keep my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for the buyer.

She is very professional and able to easily spot what the client wants. It's a pleasure to do business with.

This was our first time purchasing a property through the modern auction process, so naturally we had lots of questions. Malachi was incredibly reassuring throughout, always taking the time to answer every question quickly and thoroughly, which really put our minds at ease.<br><br>His communication was excellent, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and enjoyable.<br><br>We wouldn't hesitate to use Mann Estate Agents again in the future and would highly recommend Malachi to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. From the start, the team was always friendly, approachable, and accommodating. They were happy to arrange viewings whenever we requested them, which made finding the right home much easier.<br><br>A special thank you goes to Donetta Holland, who was exceptional throughout the entire process. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but she made everything feel so much more manageable. She consistently went above and beyond by chasing solicitors and other third parties, following up on enquiries, and making sure nothing was left sitting for too long. She kept us informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and was always available to answer our questions and offer reassurance. Donetta’s knowledge of conveyancing processes and general conveyance law was also extremely helpful, as she was able to clearly explain stages of the process and guide us through what to expect, which gave us real confidence throughout. Her communication, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile made such a positive difference to our experience. They are the first party involved in a sale I have ever wanted to use again. You are dealing with humans who understand the overall context of the sale, not an automated workflow of Bot like responses.

The team are incredible - they keep you updated, they proactively hunt for buyers and they ensure anyone coming to view is vetted and gets the best possible experience of the property. They are light years ahead of the competition.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
