16th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)Our tenancy was years ago, but I came across some old correspondence and realised I should leave a warning for others. Renting through Apple Estates was a nightmare. Key issues included: Being deliberately misled that a bathroom was ours when it belonged to the shop next door. The shopkeeper letting strangers into our home daily to use the facilities, resulting in a complete loss of privacy and security. The property being dangerously unsafe, including shutters that would lock us in without another fire exit. Critical repairs being ignored for weeks. Would very, very strongly advise against using this agency.

25th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)The most unprofessional Estate agents ever. My son purchased a property through these people ( well so he thought) he had his offer accepted which was the highest, he gave his solicitor details,had his mortgage ready, all was fine ( so we thought) We met the executors of the previous owner and was told it had been sold to an equity company at a much lower price. She explained that my son's offer was never shared with her and that she would have accepted it. It is disgusting the way that Julia has treated my son, and strung him along. Best advice is for no one to deal with this unprofessional set up, although I have noticed not many people in Balham sell through them. It only seems to be garages or Du cane court. I will be contacting the estate agents ombudsman about this situation 1st thing. Do not waste time with this outfit. There are some fantastic friendly professional agents in Balham and Tooting Bec. I am shocked that there are still some questionable agents around.

I approached the Isleworth branch to rent out my brother's flat as he recently moved abroad and they proved to be the very best. Dominick was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my queries from the first meeting. He found a lovely family to rent my brother's flat in only two days which was way beyond my expectations. The process was very smooth and both my brother and the tenants are very happy overall. Thank you Dominick and the Isleworth team!

22nd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)Renowned Homes... What a great team, I was looked after by Bradley and Sean through purchasing our property in the centre of London. We had some difficulties with our deposit and solicitor fees, but the gentleman were able to find the middle ground and bring the deal together. We ended up using Renowned's recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers and we managed to make it all happen. We moved in 2 weeks ago and have never been so happy. Thank you Renowned Homes!

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Naz has been amazing. We found ourselves being evicted by our landlord as he wanted to sell his property, I am 9 months pregnant. Naz made sure that we were in the property and that everything was sped up, so that the transition was smooth and that I was comfortable ready to give birth. I cannot thank her enough for doing this for us so quickly. Normal businesses close at 5pm, She was still texting us at 9pm to make sure that we were happy.
