Selling house was never a straightforward process, but their professionalism made all the difference throughout the entire process. I had a whole host of questions which he answered in a friendly ,professionally and patiently. He was knowledgable about the potential lettings I had my sights on and would plan viewings to some flats. He kept in touch regularly and I look forward to meeting him.

Alistair was our first contact and he was so knowledgeable and kept us in the loop through the whole process. I heartily recommend H&P to anyone considering a purchase in the area. They are a great team, but Alastair really stood out.

Neha Khanna were extremely helpful in finding me a furnished apartment to rent in the short term. Neha showed me the property via video call and handled the entire process, including the agreement, payment and communication with the landlord, in just three to four days, ensuring that we had somewhere to stay when we arrived.<br><br>She is an exceptional professional who didn't just act like a salaried employee, but rather like a dedicated homeowner fully committed to securing the rental. She managed the entire process with speed and reliability. My sincere thanks go to her once again.
31st May 2024 (2 years ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!

8th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Robyn, on letting side, is amazing. We have dealt with SO MANY letting agents recently from all over SW London and Robyn was the kindest and most attentive of all of them. She was also completely professional. We did not end up getting a let with Chase - but Robyn was exceptional - so I wanted to acknowledge that very loudly.

I had four estate agents coming to value the house, and when Sam arrived on a rainy day wearing stiletto sandals and a big warm honest smile, I knew she was the one for us.<br>She was wonderful and understood from the start that there was history there for us after 60 years, and that it mattered to us who bought it and whether they would respect the house.<br>Sam brought warmth, communication and a sense of humour to what is never a particularly enjoyable process. Any questions were answered almost immediately, and her advice at key points was always sound. I trusted her completely and felt in very safe hands.<br>Until now I've not had a great opinion of estate agents but Sam has given me faith. I would recommend her 100%.<br>Thank you Sam and the rest of the team.

We’ve had a few difficult experiences with other managing agents in the past so are delighted with the service we have received.<br><br>They are professional, responsive and, most importantly, they actually listen to their tenants and make you feel looked after. Whenever we’ve had something that needs addressing, they’ve been helpful, approachable and quick to resolve.<br><br>It’s such a relief to have a managing agent who genuinely cares about meeting their tenants’ needs and making the whole renting experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>By far the best managing agent we’ve rented through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent!

Before we put the house on the market, they came round and walked us through the numbers for our area: what similar houses had sold for and the sort of buyer who was actually buying locally. It meant we went in with a realistic price and they knew exactly who to market it to. They were right on the price and right on the buyer.<br><br>They found someone quickly, and from there they kept on top of everything. Whenever things got difficult along the way, they went the extra mile to keep the sale moving and get us to exchange.<br><br>Good people who know their market properly. We'd definitely use them again.

Tom and Natalie went above and beyond to help us sell our home and were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, and they were always easy to get hold of whenever we needed anything. The online portal was also fantastic for keeping track of progress and knowing exactly where things were up to, which made the whole experience much less stressful.
