They kept us updated regularly and followed up on everything until the sale was completed.<br><br>Brook, Richard and Evan were highly professional throughout the entire process. Evan and Richard handled a very complicated issue during the sale with professionalism and expertise, making a stressful situation much easier to manage.<br><br>We bought and sold our house through Barnard and Marcus, and on both occasions their service was excellent. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

From the very beginning, Jack was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive, making what can often be a stressful renting process feel straightforward and easy to navigate.<br><br>He took the time to thoroughly show us around the property, explain every aspect of the rental process, and provide valuable insight into the current market. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to answer questions made everything much clearer and gave us confidence in our decisions.<br><br>What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he was throughout. Jack was always quick to respond, highly efficient, and made us feel supported every step of the way. His professionalism and honesty gave us a great deal of trust in both him and the agency he represents.<br><br>The agency as a whole has been excellent to deal with, providing a smooth, transparent, and professional service. Thanks to Jack and the team, the entire experience was positive from start to finish. I would highly recommend both Jack Wallis and the agency to anyone looking to rent a property. :)

Throughout the visit, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, extensive market knowledge, and a clear understanding of the local property market.<br>His advice was insightful and easy to understand, and the marketing strategy he presented was particularly impressive well thought out, detailed, and tailored to maximise the property's potential. The valuation and assessment exceeded my expectations and gave me complete confidence in his expertise.<br>I would not hesitate to use Scott again when I come to list my property and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and proactive estate agent in Hayes.

10th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)Contacted Galaxy 5 times in regards to taking us of their mailing list. They send 5 emails everyday with names of 5 different people. Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

In the starting they took care of everything but when they rented out the property they don't even bother about the problem which tenants are facing in the property. Not going to recommend at all. They also deduct our deposit without giving us a single proof. And they refund our rest of the deposit after 2 months and long arguments. The service for entire year was awful.
2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this letting agency. Rent payments are consistently delayed, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. In addition, various charges have been applied without adequate explanation or transparency, leaving me feeling that fees are being imposed arbitrarily. Communication has also been very poor. Emails and queries often go unanswered, and it is difficult to obtain clear information regarding payments, charges, or the management of my property. As a landlord, I expect professionalism, transparency, and timely communication, none of which have been consistently demonstrated. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to other landlords seeking reliable property management services.

Throughout the whole process he has been the voice of calm and reason, negotiating and liaising with both sides to keep the momentum going. Today we completed and our journey with Kevin and Co comes to a close. I would recommend this company . Thank you so much Gary for all you’ve done.

Mine was a complex situation with the move but I had so much support from Matthew.<br>He worked so hard to ensure the sale of my house and purchase of my flat went as smoothly as possible.<br>He was really easy to reach and I was kept up to date throughout.<br>I would strongly recommend them, especially as my house sold straight away, and for the asking price!<br>I honestly can’t thank them enough.

2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had tried to sell my freehold house for many months with previous agents. While many viewers loved the house, I never got any compelling offers. There are not that many freehold houses with this size and this many bedrooms for such an affordable price - all market estimates were higher. Then I instructed Foxtons and they sold the house for me. I worked with Francis Wilson. He was easy to approach, always picked up my phone or called me back quickly. Francis was also personally involved in the conveyancing process when we faced some obstacles. I would definitely recommend Foxtons.
20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)I cannot recommend Devenports Twickenham based on my recent experience as a buyer.<br><br>After my offer was accepted, I spent several thousand pounds on surveys, legal fees and mortgage arrangements, only to discover that important questions regarding approvals, leasehold documentation, title matters and other property issues remained unresolved.<br><br>What I found most frustrating was being pressured to make decisions and revise my offer before those enquiries had been properly answered. As a buyer, I felt I was being asked to accept unknown risks without being given the information needed to make an informed decision.<br><br>In my view, sellers should have key legal documentation available before marketing a property, and agents should take reasonable steps to verify important information before putting it up for sale. Had this happened, I could have made an informed decision much earlier and avoided significant wasted time, stress and expense.<br><br>The agency wasn’t helpful at all to me as a first-time buyer. They seemed far more keen to pressure me into completing the transaction without proper due diligence and without key questions being answered.<br><br>I was probably saved from making a very expensive mistake, but only after considerable financial and emotional cost. Therefore, I would not recommend this agency, which I found to be unprofessional throughout the transaction.
