She kept us updated throughout the whole process, was always quick to answer any questions and made what can be a stressful experience feel so much easier.<br><br>Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and it was clear she genuinely cared about helping us get everything over the line. Her communication was excellent and we always felt like we were in safe hands.<br><br>If you’re buying or selling a property, I couldn’t recommend Abbie highly enough. She made regular contact both via phone and email and researched properties that matched our requirements. Viewings were organised promptly by Aspens following the sales advert and board within the property. I was kept informed as a matter of course, and any questions as to the progress of the sale were handled by Alex White at Aspens. Thoroughly recommended.
2nd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Stamfords were excellent when we were looking at a property they had listed for sale. Neena was very helpful in arranging the times when we could do a viewing to suit us, and allowed time to look around at our own pace. She was extremely professional, polite and friendly throughout, answering questions and queries without pushing or putting us under pressure. After a second viewing, we decided that the property was not going to be right for us, but that was nothing to do with the experience with Stamfords. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would be very happy to use them again.

24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)We had a great experience renting with Citydeal. During the market exploration phase, Omar was informative, clear, and responsive. He arrived early to our scheduled viewing, presented me with an information sheet, and answered all questions we had then and afterwards via Whatsapp. The offer and contract negotiation stages were efficient, and our requests were promptly communicated to and negotiated with the landlord by Slava. Signing, inventory checks, and moving in were smooth. We have had two small maintenance issues which were quickly passed onto the landlord by Leah and the management team, and prompted addressed. The landlord had been communicative and reasonable as well.

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

Throughout the process, Abraham and Adam remained proactive, supportive and reassuring. They maintained regular communication, kept us updated at every stage, and worked tirelessly with all parties involved to help overcome the challenges and keep the transaction moving forward.<br><br>Their commitment, persistence and genuine care for their clients made a real difference. 24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this company.<br><br>I viewed a property that I genuinely liked and told them on the same day that I wanted to move forward. Throughout the process, Sachin gave the impression that the property was effectively available and that my deposit would be accepted.<br><br>After that, I heard absolutely nothing. There was no update, no courtesy call, and not even a message to say the property had been agreed with someone else. I was simply left waiting.<br><br>The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. If circumstances change, that’s understandable, but keeping potential tenants informed is the bare minimum.<br><br>Based on my experience, this company has a lot to improve when it comes to customer service and communication.
