I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to work with Martin on the sale of my beloved home.
I’ve been unlucky with timing and withdrawn offers over the last 4 years. I used multiple agents and it just didn’t work. Then I recall my previous conversations with Martin a long time ago and decided to get in touch. I’ve always preferred working with local agents so I appointed Clements Habba. Martin knows the market like the back of his hand and is honest (but with ambition) with his assessment on pricing and timing. I needed a quick sale and he delivered within the time frame and the agreed price range. He has also really gone above and beyond throughout the process, which I couldn’t have done without given I live abroad.

Simon is an angel among us: Exceptional from start to finish, an absolutely wonderful soul who, as a local, knows and loves the bones of Chiswick which is so advantageous for buyers and sellers. Believe me, so many local estate agents don’t know the area as intimately! This matters. Simon’s been so dedicated, hands-on, and totally, tirelessly on-the-ball while, at the same time, conscientiously buffering and protecting my family from the inevitable stresses that come with selling the family home. That’s not an easy thing to pull off. The only downside is that Simon is so amazing, you do expect the same in other agents. My onward purchase experience hasn’t been nearly as wonderful. It’s fine, but once you buy or sell a property with Simon at the helm, you definitely get spoiled! He’s The Best! Nonpareil!

I cannot recommend these estate agents enough! The constant support we received, pre and even post the sale of our house was outstanding. Once we had sold, we even received advice with the purchase of our new home.
Martin was very attentive to our needs and concerns putting in place a customised strategy plan. This created a lot of interest and led to offers being made within only a few days of our house being on the market. Within a little over a week we accepted an offer over asking price.

I had a very good experience buying a house through Martin. The process was quite complicated and prolonged because of an issue which was outside of everyone's control, and throughout the process he was good at keeping things moving and providing us with updates, responding promptly to questions, and taking the time to speak to me to explain what was happening. I only have one minor negative comment - he strongly encouraged us to use a particular solicitor that he knew to be efficient and quick at progressing cases, but who was very expensive compared to other conveyancing solicitors and we felt did not provide a level of service that matched the price. But overall I would definitely recommend.

Martin did an amazing job selling our W4 house! Martin and Simon are both very knowledgeable about the West London property market. We had lots of detailed feedback from every viewing, many of whom were very complimentary of the agent. Martin or Simon conduct the viewings themselves which I find very important and different to many other agents where the most experienced staff do not attend viewings. Both Martin and Simon are very friendly, personable, so easy to talk to and always contactable via email, phone and WhatsApp. Whilst Martin is an excellent salesman and a true expert negotiator, we never felt pressured to do anything we were not comfortable with and the whole process of finding the right buyer was made effortless. Martin was also honest and upfront about anything that needed to change which is very important as things don’t always go to plan but we knew we could trust Martin’s advice. Finally, Martin was still there during the legal process and helped us exchange and complete the sale in record time, just under 5 weeks! It was fantastic to receive such a premium service at a very competitive price - incredible value for money. We would highly recommend Clements Habba. Thank you for everything :-)

I cannot recommend Martin Clements of Clements Habba enough. We had a particularly lengthy sale process and Martin's counsel, sage acumen and residential real estate knowledge empowered us to complete on our lovely Hammersmith flat. We have used Dexters, Foxtons and Horton & Garton in the past but Clements Habba have been head and shoulders above them in every respect. Where to start, these are two amazing guys who couldn’t put more effort into their job than they do.
I was an executor for a relative who passed away in London and I live in Devon so not the easiest job to sell a house and deal with all that being an executor entails.
Martin and Simon took so much of the work off my shoulders and made sure that I was kept up to date with offers and visits by prospective buyers when I couldn’t be there.
They achieved a brilliant price for us in a very short time and pointed out who were the would be buyers in the best place to complete a sale with the least hassle.
We are about to complete next month after exchanging contracts last week so looking forward to everything going through without any problems.
So, two great guys, very personable, smart and on the ball, couldn’t fault them, we made a great choice and are very grateful for their hard work.

As we had not bought or sold a property for many years Martin very efficiently produced a well presented brief laying out his recommended sale strategy which included pricing, a list of the property information we will need to produce and an example property information form. Throughout the sale period Martin communicated with us on an an almost daily basis. We experianced a few challanges which, with Martins expert advice, we were able to overcome and the whole sale process turned out to have been quicker and a lot easier than I expected.
