31st Jul 2020 (5 years ago)Best home selling experience to date with Dan Zegze. Totally professional, but you get a personal service as well. He carried out the viewings, kept us informed and have is the information to make decisions. 16 viewings in 10 days,. 5 offers, sold over asking price.

29th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.
