We were kept regularly informed and received calls as promised. As a potential buyer this reflected well on the property being sold and it gave us confidence that communication would continue in such a positive way throughout any purchase.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)The team at Connells Worcester were amazing throughout the whole process, helping us buy our first house! It was a (very) long process but Connells kept us up to date, chased sellers, solicitors, helped with mortgages and basically kept us sane throughout the whole thing. Sam was brilliant and really put in the effort to get the deal through, along with Amy and the rest of the team, I think we spoke to the whole team by the end! If anyone is looking to buy/sell/rent in Worcester I would recommend Connells and also will be sure to use them again if needed.
8th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Have rented through Martin & Co for nearly a decade now. In September a new Property Manager was assigned to my rental and she has been absolutely wonderful. Jude’s communication is fantastic, she’s extremely prompt and proactive and genuinely a pleasure to speak with.

Once offers were placed, they negotiated the best sale price for us. We would definitely recommend Philip Laney and Jolly.
17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Were the letting agents for a flat I rented. Bounced between Laura and Katherine during my time. A professional service and amenable to ensure they could accommodate when necessary to ensure I was present for inspections. As with any change over there were teething problems but I was always treated with respect and the team friendly. My main feedback would be that at times written communication can feel very direct and formal compared to face to face or over the phone; however this is likely due to the legal side of the business ensuring they’re covered.

9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I was a buyer of a property Allan Morris Malvern were selling, and found them to be very helpful, honest and good with communicating. They always got back to me with queries. Kate and Lee were particularly helpful more so than my agent, not be local to the area their honest imput was useful. Kate and Lee were very friendly and approachable and went out of their way with things like collecting the keys when I had a vey nervous cat in the car.

From the start, with all the things that are involved in taking on a property and any maintenance that needs to be done, it has all gone very smoothly and the reason for that is great communication, it's really appreciated. The support and guidance they gave us and they went above and beyond to get our house sold and into our new home! If in future I was to sell again I wouldn’t hesitate to use them all. Great communication throughout as well, with a genuine sense of urgency when it was needed. Low fees compared to the bigger firms in Herefordshire but a much more personable service and better outcome

She was extremely professional and I instantly wanted her to sell my property as I was so impressed with how she came across I knew I could trust her with my sale. She delivered everything she said she would (and a lot more!) I sold my property in record timing and it’s all thanks to Dominique and her team. Thanks so much to the after sales team who have also done an amazing job. I would wholeheartedly recommend the ‘Arden’ Worcester office to anyone! Thanks again

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Would recommend WR Estate Agents to anyone. Scott & Jenny have been fantastic from start to finish with helping with our house sale. Hearing friends experiences with other Estate agents, we were expecting the same but from the first conversation we had with Scott we couldn't fault! WR has such hands on approach and you can really tell they love what they do. The minute a viewing has taken place they will update you to say that they've left the property & how they think it went. You will then get a proper update once the people viewing your house have given WR formal feedback. Every step is communicated & you are never left in the dark. You message on a Sunday evening, you'll get a response. Moving house is a stress for anyone but Scott & Jenny took away any potential stress involving Estate agents & im so happy my husband & I chose WR. Biggest thank you once again & we will continue to recommend WR to anyone we know looking to move??
