We called up and spoke with Gennie who was very helpful and recommended James Goodman as we needed a surveyor for a split title deeds survey.<br><br>James came out to meet us, he was punctual, smartly dressed and very professional. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgable, offering lots of advice and ideas in how best to move forward for us in a unique situation.<br><br>James put us at ease making the whole process from start to finish an easy, smooth transition and all done in great time!<br><br>Highly recommend James and this company for anyone needing land surveying services.<br><br>Regards<br>Sam Turner

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)My girlfriend requested remote viewing because we live very far away and am moving to Worcester. She works for the NHS as a nurse yet they refused her a remote viewing because they want to see:<br>- how you dress<br>- how you talk<br>- how you act<br>- how you look<br>It's 2026 and they're judging whether a nurse is fit to live in Worcester by how they look. This is how they treat nurses even after COVID. I personally can't believe how superficially judgemental this process is its baseless and discrimination. Martin & Co clearly dont want to help a busy nurse find a new home.

30th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish.<br><br>I wanted to view a probate property and my viewing was delayed by nine days, despite my repeated requests. Throughout the process I felt that unnecessary hurdles were constantly put in my way, and the property was eventually sold for less than I was prepared to pay. Because of the way everything was handled, I have asked the Property Ombudsman to investigate my concerns.<br><br>To make matters worse, after spending the morning returning missed calls from various estate agents about other properties, I noticed I had also missed a call from this office. When I rang back, the person who answered was rude and abruptly hung up on me.<br><br>Good customer service costs nothing, and there is simply no excuse for treating potential buyers in this way. My experience has left me with no confidence in this company, and I would not recommend them.Connells - Wardon Villages

She also sourced life cover and buildings insurance. Jade was friendly and professional, and made it all a seamless process. I'll definitely be returning to Jade for more help in the future.

Really helped to keep our move ticking along and even held us out with our own sale despite being the agents for the house we were buying rather than selling! 10/10, kind, compassionate and easy to get hold of whenever you had an issue. We will absolutely be using AP Morgan whenever we next move (which hopefully won’t be for a very long time!)

I was able to arrange viewings within 24-48 hours with Ben, something that simply was not possible with other agents and was very refreshing. Ben and Nicole were always prompt and responsive to my emails which I appreciated. I highly recommend Kimberleys.

We also appreciated the Flexible Option, which gave us the freedom to decide later in the sales process who would pay the fees.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Rachel was fantastic with accommodating multiple viewings and excellent, quick communication throughout our purchase process. They researched thoroughly, gave great advice, understood exactly how to market our property, did all the viewings personally, and kept both the buyer and ourselves fully informed and updated throughout the process.

She outshone her competitors and there was no question that I would entrust the sale of my house with her and the team at Arden’s Worcester.<br>She applied careful consideration to the valuation, evidencing her thoughts and explained a clear strategy (without being asked) about how she was going to sell our home. Her approach is truthful and professional, she clearly loves her job and it really showed!<br>Old school values combined with her drive, enthusiasm and understanding of the market and her customers gives me confidence that Dominique and the team will do their very best and that is all I can ask. I will add another review when we sell!

Second time we have used WR Estate agents for our house sale and Scott and his amazing team have been brilliant from start to finish a great personal service and I would highly recommend using them. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they kept us informed on our progress throughout.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
1st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Jones and associates are professional estate agents who sold my home . We met Jason when he came to valve our home he made us feel that selling it would be top priority. A wattsapp group was set up to keep in contact with them within 2weeks and a lot of work my house had sold. The photographer who took the pictures was very professional when taking the pictures and presented a perfect set of photos .If I needed to know anything I only had to write on wattsapp and it was quickly answered . They also provided an after sales person who communicated with both parties solicitors. I would definitely recommend this estate agents to ensure that you get a very professional service and a stress free experience when selling your home
11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)We had a fantastic experience with the team throughout the purchase of our new home.<br><br>Everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional, and communication was excellent from start to finish.<br><br>They were really proactive in keeping everything moving, which made such a difference during what can be a stressful process.<br><br>A special thank you to Claire, who showed us around the property and was so friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions. Also a huge thank you to Sue, our Move Manager, who was brilliant throughout and particularly helpful in chasing things up and putting some much-needed pressure on our both sets of solicitors when things needed progressing!<br><br>We’re really grateful for all the help and support we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team.
