They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

She talked us through the entire process from start to finish, chased solicitors end over end and took away all the stress for first time buyers. I would definitely recommend Kat and we will be using Nicol & Co in the future for any house moves!

3rd Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. Which I would have never accepted after such shocking service.

29th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)We recently sold our flat in Worcester through Arden. Dominique was on it from the start, and the property was listed and a buyer, at full asking price, found in no time. A particular shout out to Senior Sales Progressor Leanne, who (along with our amazing conveyancer Jane) kept up the pressure on the buyer's (frankly rubbish) conveyancer. Brava!

What stood out most was their honesty and local knowledge—Holly clearly understand the Hereford market and gave advice that genuinely helped the sale progress quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for an estate agent who combines experience with a personal touch, Sunderlands are a solid choice. I’d happily recommend them to anyone thinking of selling in the area.

We have moved several times and have not experienced such a professional, comprehensive yet personal service delivered by Sarah-Jayne. We were kept informed every step of the way and received responses to our queries without every having to chase them up. We would highly recommend Harts Homes and Sarah-Jayne, a lovely person to deal with.
24th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I recently had a disappointing experience with this agency while attempting to purchase a property. I viewed a property prior to it being marketed and made an offer shortly after, which was verbally accepted. Following the agent’s advice, I promptly contacted my mortgage advisor and solicitor and provided the requested documentation, including a mortgage in principle. However, communication became limited during the process, and I was not informed that other offers were being actively considered. I later found out that the property had been offered to another buyer without being given the opportunity to revise my offer. I understand that agents have a duty to continue marketing a property until a proceedable offer is confirmed, and that vendors ultimately choose the buyer. However, clearer and more timely communication would have made a significant difference and allowed me to respond appropriately. This was particularly disappointing as my previous interactions with the agency had been positive. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with future buyers

Jason kept me in the loop with absolutely everything, and the process from start to finish has been amazing. I cannot recommend him enough. I originally purchased the house from him and re-sold with him. Fantastic service.
