I can not thank all the office staff enough highly recommended to anyone they kept me updated every step of the way polite and helpful the service was excellent ..... 5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)I recently bought the house through them, the process was extremely slow, very poor communication, the person who supposed to handover the keys came late and property was in a very bad state as compared to when we viewed. The property company has a very limited knowledge of the missing/damaged items, even the most of the keys were missing. We were told to speak to our solicitor. Very bad experience.
