I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

The whole team have been absolutely amazing from start to finish, keeping me updated every step of the way and making what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier.<br>A special shoutout has to go to Michele and Jane! These ladies have genuinely gone above and beyond. They were constantly keeping me updated, calling to let me know what was happening, explaining how we could keep things moving forward, chasing my conveyancers, speaking with the sellers and dealing with everything they possibly could to make the process as smooth as possible for me.<br>Every email was answered so quickly, always politely and professionally, and I never once felt like I was left wondering what was going on. Their communication, support and dedication have been absolutely fantastic.<br>I genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better team to help me through such an important milestone. I’m so grateful for everything you’ve done and the effort you’ve put in throughout the whole process.<br>Thank you SO much to the entire team ????????????

7th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)The estate agents came out very quickly and valued the house for more than we thought. They had an open day and the house was STC for full market value. That was brilliant. The only down side was they told us approx 3 months till completion but it was exactly 5 and it was quite difficult at times to get our calls returned. . Overall, I was very pleased with them. They also reccomended a solicitors as well as we didn't know any.

11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)This lettings agent in wednesbury are not helpful in anyway, i couldn't get a viewing booked online, still went ahead to their office in wednesbury to see if i could talk to someone, the lady i met was utterly disrespectful and dismissive. kept reminding me that she was on sales team and have nothing to do with lettings and wouldn't even give a listening ear. my overall experience with them was unpleasant.

From the very first conversation, Angel Estate agent was different. They took the time to genuinely listen to our needs, fully understood our business requirements, and were very clear about what was realistic within our budget. Rather than pushing unsuitable options, they gave us honest guidance, clear direction on locations, and practical advice that actually made sense for our business growth. What really stood out was their commitment and persistence. They stayed with us throughout the process, kept communication clear and consistent, and worked hard to find a property that truly matched what we were looking for tomorrow not just something to close a deal. In the end, they successfully secured the perfect commercial property for our business, within budget and in the right location. The whole experience felt professional, supportive, and stress-reducing during what can otherwise be a very challenging process. With me in transition between two countries and not always having every document to hand, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful in finding solutions. She never made me feel a nuisance for being a "little more complicated", just patiently worked through every question with me, replying to emails promptly and meeting me at the flat twice without hesitation. I honestly couldn't have asked for better support. Thank you Herdip!!

26th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Very impressed the the weekend and bank holiday that was in place. Viewing on Saturday pre BH Monday left me thinking I would hear nothing else until the Tuesday. How wrong was I? Offer and sale subject to contract all communicated the same weekend . Fabulous service ??????

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

One of the biggest obstacles to completion on a property deal, once you're inside one, is ongoing communication (between vendor, buyer and solicitors), and Belvoir are on that.<br><br>Liam Hack was on our case, knowing exactly what to say, when to chase, when to hold, how to reassure, and how to flag. This shaved weeks off what otherwise could have been far more complex and difficult, had we relied solely on the solicitors.<br><br>They did an absolutely exceptional job; it's refreshing to see that level of professionalism." 16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)I cannot recommend Oliver Jones at Slade Property Collective in Wolverhampton highly enough. Although I was the mother of the purchaser rather than the buyer myself, I saw first-hand just how helpful, professional and proactive Oli was throughout the whole process.<br><br>Oli went above and beyond from the very beginning. He was available whenever we needed him, always returned calls when requested, and was incredibly proactive in pushing things through to keep everything moving.<br><br>What really stood out was how he sent pictures of the property to my daughter before it had even been listed, giving her the opportunity to see it straight away. He then made sure she was the very first person through the door to view it, which ultimately gave her the chance to secure the property she loved in Tettenhall.<br><br>Oli made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier and was always approachable, responsive and genuinely keen to help. His communication and commitment were exceptional.<br><br>A well-deserved 5 stars for Oli and Slade Property Collective. Thank you for going the extra mile and helping my daughter find her new home!
