7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Kirsty Musgrove - Stop bullying your tenants. I had the worst experience with FleetMilne. Through my three year stay in a property, I have had changes of housemates, thus changes in names in the contract. I was going to move out in November, but my then housemate wanted to do a tenant swap to continue staying in the property. We were told that we couldn't do that, because no one from the original contract will be left in the property, thus requiring a new contract. That is fair enough. What I did not appreciate was how irresponsible and unhelpful Kirsty was. She mentioned my housemate had to vacate the entire property, and remove everything, before moving in again in approximately two weeks. She could not give any estimate of how long this would take, and would not budge when we are trying to find alternatives to solve the problem. We understand if there are laws that she has to follow, but she did not understand how hard a situation it put us in, and was very cold and heartless throughout. She took weeks to reply to emails, to the point that my housemate visited Fleetmilne's office to talk to her. She then ensured my housemate she will reply to the email the next day, which she did not, further forcing us to forfeit the property due to uncertainties and unclear answers by Kirsty. Upon moving out, I did a deep clean of the property. I then found out Kirsty charged me £120 from my deposit for 'cleaning fees'. I approached her about this to which she explained that I did not inform her that I have cleaned the property, and that's why she hired a cleaner. How ridiculous it is that I have to email the agent to tell them that I had cleaned the property???? She also tried to charge me a lot of unreasonable things from my deposit. I then opted for a deposit dispute. Kirsty kept delaying submitting the evidence, not replying to emails, in hopes that I would give up the argument. I had to cc the company's CEO into emails to get a response from her. In the end, I got more than half of my deposit back following the deposit dispute, but that is only after a 5 months fight with Kirsty and Fleetmilne. Please Fleetmilne, just cease to exist. Stop tormenting your tenants as we are just doing our best to survive in this economy.
26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)I’m desperately looking for a home to relocate back to the West Midlands after experiencing DA. I had an appointment this week to view a property, but I was disappointed with the service I received. Firstly the letting agent turned up late, and I had to call the office to see where she was. The office called her to find out, and she clearly wasn’t happy about this as she brought it up with me and my brother who was accompanying me. She was also dressed like she had just rolled out of bed, and offered us no information about the property…she remained quiet the whole time. The property I viewed had no heating source in the one bedroom, (which is illegal) and so they are happy to let out a property on behalf of a Landlord of whom is clearly breaking the law. When I pointed this out, she said “you can just put a heater in there.” No, no I can’t…the landlords job is to provide a source of heating, not mine When I asked her more information and mentioned I had a cat, she wasn’t sure what to say…despite me having an email trace of speaking to the office about this. She just did not seem interested in getting a tenant for the property. I will of course be reporting the fact that this property is being let without a heating source in the bedroom. Only thing I can say positively about this letting agent, is they do call and let you know that you haven’t been successful, which is more than most!

Any time I call the office the team is always so friendly and courteous they cannot do enough for you. Rents has always been paid on time to my bank, Martin the Director of Leighton Paul is pleasant and a very approachable gentlemen who is very knowledgeable of the industry has always communicated with me effectively, there's always been excellent answers to any questions I've had over the years. My tenants are leaving at the end of January and I glady will be using them for marketing my next tenant. I recommend Leighton Paul very highly

Rents has always been paid on time to my bank, Martin the Director of Leighton Paul is pleasant and a very approachable gentlemen who is very knowledgeable of the industry has always communicated with me effectively, there's always been excellent answers to any questions I've had over the years. My tenants are leaving at the end of January and I glady will be using them for marketing my next tenant. I recommend Leighton Paul very highly
