Only call received was when the agent who valued our property called to say he was leaving Halls-- Photography was just below average. By and large a could not care less attitude, except for Molly, who is proactive when given the opportunity to be so.- 16th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Whoever I spoke to were polite and helpful. We had plenty of viewings and were kept up to date with feedbacks from them. The initial valuation was done in a professional manner and photography also progressed professionally. Very satisfied with the experience.

We found their communications prompt, clear, professional, friendly, and proactive. They made what is renown for being a very stressful experience, run as smoothly as possible. They were always at the end of an email or phone call to help, and to keep the sale, and purchase moving forward. We were especially grateful for all the liaising they did between us, our buyers, sellers, solicitors, and all others involved in the chain. We would recommend, and if we were to sell in the future we wouldn’t hesitate to use monopoly again. Thank you Paul, Tabitha & Helen!
