24th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I viewed a property with them, it was sold stc the following day, despite me saying I'd offer the full asking price and they didn't even have the decency to let me know because 'they didn't have time'. They had enough time to update their website and rightmove though, strangely enough. Appalled with their professionalism.

7th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????- 6th May 2026 (3 days ago)Im so pleased to get the opportunity to give a review as me and my partner were most thrilled with williams estates ,we recently came over to Wales branch for a 4 day visit as we plan to move there from stoke on trent, we had a total of 20 houses to view (11 of which were with williams estates) the staff were so helpful in getting our appointments in an order to make viewings easier,and the viewing staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful, and we have now had an offer accepted on one of your sales,thankyou

We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. It was a very difficult decision, but the team at LL Estate Agents were both professional and compassionate throughout. They found a buyer within just a few weeks of the property going on the market and handled everything efficiently and with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such a challenging time.
