Great service, from valuation and marketing my property, to accompanied viewings and through to getting offers and completion. Fabulous team to deal with all round. The only negative as far as I am concerned was that there were no regular updates between offer accepted and exchange and completion as promised. Purple bricks did not even try to sell the above property for my now late father and once 10 months passes all they wanted was £1700 fee paying I informed them that my fathers estate was in the hands of solicitors gave them all the details they needed to recover the fee but they insisted I paid the fee and it wasn’t their duty to go to a solicitor for the fee even after I had informed them the house was not left to me in my fathers will the words they used were that was my problem not theirs I have never been treated so rudely and inconsiderably I would not recommend using them to anyone...
