We felt the valuation was realistic and in line with our thinking - and therefore achievable. We found the team dealing with the viewings friendly, helpful and proactive and available quite late in the day if needed. We were asked by friends on Anglesey about our experience in selling our property and were able recommend the Dafydd Hardy team wholeheartedly.

9th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)A speedy and professional job by Rod, Aaron and all the staff I dealt with Alexander Jacob. I'll try to keep this short; I had a small property for sale in Retford which had been rented for a while with another estate agent in town and I asked what they thought I could get on a sale and after an extensive discussion they suggested it be marketed at £80k and wouldn't budge on it. I was never going to accept this and a third party(thank you Shane!) suggested I speak with Rod, he told me £100k would be easily achievable and indicated a little work be done, which came to less than £1k and was arranged by AJ, and I sold for £110k. I'm not suggesting that this will be everyone's experience but Alexander Jacob clearly have a far, far better grip on how the local market is trending than some other estate agents in town.
19th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Don't bother using them they simply don't want the business. Called 6 times left 4 emails and spoke to 1 person who said he would call me back and didn't. Waste of time
25th Jun 2021 (4 years ago)Called this company to view this property on Bull Bay Rd. firstly my call was not returned When I eventually got through a rude man told me I could not view the property as they already have enough viewers, I asked for a call back if the property did not sell and I was told that this also was not possible. I then asked if I could make an offer with out seeing the property he said no Personally I found his attitude disgusting unhelpful and very abrupt and if it were my property he was selling I would be very disappointed in his service
