4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Danish Ashraf Property Manager at Hamptons has supported me as Landlord to a rental property. I highly recommend Danish for various reasons.<br><br>He gets it ! I mean by default he strongly represents my interests as a Landlord.<br><br>He is imaginative and proactive with solutions to problems.<br><br>Shows he is experienced with his knowledge and thoroughness with all property matters.<br><br>He has never lost his cool - and circumstances at times, have been adverse.<br><br>His reputation obviously extends to the contractors we employ, as they evidently have a good relationship with him - a great benefit to a Landlord.<br><br>And finally he has a great sense of humour - you can get him to chuckle, even with the xxxx is hitting the fan !<br><br>You will be a lucky Landlord if Danish is your PM.

Most recently last month Sara helped me sell a flat she got an offer within a week and the sale completed in 3 months. Amazing. Sara is extremely helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. That’s what you need from someone to sell your property.

The head of the sales team Ian Barrett also personally reached out to me several times to check in and made me feel like a very valued client. Thank you to Chestertons for all their hard work, I highly recommend them.

The process of selling our flat and buying our new property was as smooth as could be.<br><br>From the initial viewing to putting our place on the market, arranging viewings and advising us on the best way forward, we felt completely reassured by the team’s professionalism.<br><br>You can tell they are an independent agency because Nathan and Oliver take extra care with their clients. Both have a deep knowledge of the current market, are incredibly responsive and put us in a strong position to manage both our sale and purchase simultaneously.

After contacting all of the bigger agencies it was Wilfords who really just blew us away at every touch point. Special shoutout to Henry who did absolutely everything he could to get us the house of our dreams, never messing a call or text. When you’re paying a lot for a nice property in an expensive city, you expect the letting service to be luxury too, and it’s the smaller agencies that seem to be the only ones to get it right.

Really lovely genuine people.<br><br>Gabriel has been the outstanding person to onboard with in our new rented flat. I’m thoroughly impressed with his communication, touching base regularly and work through any initial questions. Such a great human. The level of support as a tenant has been the best I’ve experienced in all my 15 years renting in London.<br><br>Finding a place to live can be one of the most stressful things to do. Not with this team! Thank you.
