3rd Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.
14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I am writing this based on my experience dealing with an agent at Century 21 London Central regarding a serious water leak from a property they manage.<br>A leak from the flat above caused significant damage to my flat, including damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring, with further cracks appearing in several areas. The source of the leak was subsequently confirmed by a Westminster Housing technician.<br>I first informed Dusan about the matter on 21 June. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for progress:<br>9 July – followed up for an update<br>14 July – followed up again<br>20 July – followed up again<br>21 July – contractor visited the flat to inspect the damage<br>28 July – followed up again<br>3 August – followed up again<br>On 3 August, the contractor confirmed that he would prepare the quotation that evening and send it to the agent the following morning, with the intention of arranging the repair as soon as possible. I heard nothing further.<br>By 12 August, I had to chase again. The agent then emailed the contractor asking for the quotation. This was despite the agent having already asked the contractor for the quote on 9 July and again on 29 July.<br>As of 14 August, almost eight weeks after I first contacted the agent, I still have no quotation and no date for the repair.<br>What is particularly disappointing is that I have repeatedly had to chase both the agent and contractor, rather than seeing the matter actively managed through to resolution. From my perspective, it feels as though the responsibility is simply being passed back and forth, while the damage to my property remains unrepaired.<br>The situation has also developed further, with my tenant reporting electrical problems after the water spread through the flat, including repeated circuit/fuse tripping and lights no longer working. This makes the lack of urgency even more concerning.<br>I understand that the leak itself was not caused by the agent. My concern is entirely with how the resulting problem has been managed. I would expect a professional property management company to take ownership of a serious maintenance issue, communicate properly with all parties and ensure that necessary repairs are progressed within a reasonable timeframe.<br>I am also a landlord myself, and I take the condition of my property and the wellbeing of my tenant very seriously. I would never allow a repair issue like this to be left unresolved for this length of time. Based on how this matter has been handled, I would not use the agent and Century 21 London Central to manage my property, as this level of management could damage the landlord’s reputation and potentially expose the landlord to complaints, liability and legal action if the property is not properly managed.

From the very beginning, Anna, Suzie and the rest of the Rochford Stokes team were professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. They were always quick to respond, kept us informed, and made every stage of the tenancy feel easy and stress free.<br><br>What really stood out was how reliable and transparent they were. Whether it was moving in, handling day-to-day queries, or managing the check-out process, everything was organised, fair and dealt with promptly. At the end of the tenancy, the deposit return process was smooth and hassle-free, which was greatly appreciated.<br><br>It can be difficult to find a letting agency you can truly trust, but Rochford Stokes exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for an agency that is responsive, professional and genuinely cares about providing a great experience, we would highly recommend getting in touch with them.

Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

Why fix the root of the problem when you can paint over it and call it a day?<br><br>If you’ve ever wanted to experience the thrill of wondering what will leak next or whether breathing indoors is a good idea, do rent a property managed by this sorry excuse of a company.

We were dealing with a particularly difficult solicitor on the seller’s side and they were incredibly proactive in chasing and providing information to all parties. As a first-time buyer, I had hundreds of questions which they always answered quickly and in such a friendly manner. Every single person across the rest of the team has also been excellent whenever I have called. Thank you, all!!

13th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)We recently purchased a property through Kearns Residential Estate & Letting Agents in Ruislip, and Maray was our estate agent throughout the whole journey.<br><br>As anyone who has bought a house will know, the process can be stressful, with unexpected delays and plenty of ups and downs. Throughout it all, Maray was there for us from the very beginning until the day we received our keys — and even continued to help us after we had moved in.<br><br>She was always just a text away and was excellent at keeping in touch, regularly following up with us as the buyers, the sellers and the other parties involved. Whenever there was a delay or we needed an update, she would chase things up and do her best to keep everything moving.<br><br>Having Maray there throughout the process made the whole experience much easier and far less stressful. Our purchase was successfully completed, and we really appreciate all the support and effort she put in.<br><br>If you’re looking to buy a property and want an estate agent who is responsive, supportive and genuinely stays involved from start to finish, I would definitely recommend Maray. ????????????
