10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)We have recently moved into a property purchased through Jackson Stops Truro. Charley McCowen was looking after us, and she did, every step of the way. She was clear and thorough, in answering all of our questions, and during the purchase process she was always super-responsive when we were wanting to know what was happening. So much so, I would say that without Charley's tenacity and commitment, when it came to finally exchanging contracts, I am really not sure we would have got it over the line without her. She was a joy to deal with, and now we are super happy in our new home!!
10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I sold an inherited property in Goldsithney through Mathers which completed this week. I dealt with Trafford who was hepful, courteous and professional throughout. This firm clearly knows the area well and is highly recommended.
20th Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)Darin and Amanda were very helpful when it came to showing us around our new home and getting everything ready for us, they were quick in responding to any queries and questions we had. We looked around the property in the morning and by the afternoon we were told we could have it, all the documents were sent promptly with clear instructions. Both very friendly, approachable and patient. Couldn’t recommend your move enough.

22nd Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)Millers Penzance office have been great! Everyone we’ve dealt with have been friendly and efficient. They answer emails and the phone very quickly. They have delivered an impressive service so far and made moving a lot more stress free. We have dealt with Laura and Alex and another very nice lady. They have been brilliant.

After spending 10k on searches, survays and other fees trying to buy a property though russel only to find out the property isn't even mortgageable. I know this is a buyers risk and nothing can be clear until searches and survays are back unfortunately but what a terrible experience. Awful attitude throughout, zero compassion for us what so ever. Worst estate agent ive ever had the displeasure or dealing with in my life. Very abrupt with us throughout, honestly the most stressful months of my life dealing with this, i would avoid at all cost. Save your money and your sanity. I edited this review as he has emailed me 3 days in a row to take the review down , so just shows he doesn't want you to leave your honest review and will message you daily to try take it off.

Their professionalism, communication, and commitment were far superior to any other agents we have previously worked with.<br><br>Jenni, in particular, was outstanding. She remained proactive at every stage, regularly liaising with solicitors and other agents in the chain to ensure progress. Her communication was exemplary, and she consistently kept us informed during what was a very challenging and stressful process.<br><br>Despite my frequent calls and questions, I was never made to feel like an inconvenience. The support we received from Jenni, and anyone else we spoke to, was excellent from start to finish.<br><br>I would highly recommend MAP Estate Agents.

All I can say is he was very polite, extremely helpful & always very easy to get hold of to talk to. I felt he went above and beyond for me. He put me in touch with an amazing mortgage advisor. He has lots of knowledge about buying & selling property & has expert advise to share with you. I also spoke on the phone a couple of times with his colleagues & they were all very pleasant.

They were professional, approachable, and very easy to work with throughout the whole process. They handled negotiations sensitively, kept everything moving smoothly, and even brought plenty of humour along the way. Highly recommended!
