He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional and took the time to really understand our requirements. He was tireless in getting us to the finish line for our purchase and we could not be happier. Highly recommend!

12th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Our tenancy was years ago, but I came across some old correspondence and realised I should leave a warning for others.<br><br>Renting through Apple Estates was a nightmare.<br><br>Key issues included:<br><br>Being deliberately misled that a bathroom was ours when it belonged to the shop next door.<br>The shopkeeper letting strangers into our home daily to use the facilities, resulting in a complete loss of privacy and security.<br>The property being dangerously unsafe, including shutters that would lock us in without another fire exit.<br>Critical repairs being ignored for weeks.<br><br>Would very, very strongly advise against using this agency.<br><br>-<br><br>UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER:<br><br>The agency's reply below is entirely fabricated to deflect blame.<br><br>The toilet: We were absolutely NOT aware the toilet was shared, we were explicitly misled from the start.<br><br>"Difficult tenants": This is a completely unfounded accusation. We were respectful, paid everything on time, and looked after the place so well that we received our deposit back in full.<br><br>The tenancy: The conditions were so bad that one of my flatmates moved out early and (essentially paying double rent - for his share of this flat and his new flat).<br><br>Finally, I note that the agency has directed people to the 'testimonials' page on their own website as proof of their great service. I'll leave it to anyone reading this to decide who is more trustworthy: independent, verified Google reviews, or the self-selected praise a company chooses to publish about themselves.
18th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received. I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. My friend who purchased the sofa says he will not be returning to your shop. He was also quoted one price for delivery of £50 which on delivery was £85.

15th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Lords Estates came highly recommended to me by a number of people who have bought and sold property via Lords, so I didn't hesitate to sell through them. I was so grateful for the personal touch they offer, keeping me informed all the way and having my best interests at heart. They made sure that I was happy with proceedings at every stage, only giving me advice when I asked. After the sale went live, I was bombarded with letters from other Estate Agents, which only confirmed to me even more that I had made the right choice! It seems that even Solicitors are impressed by the dedication and care which Lords Estate offer their clients, which speaks volumes in their favour. I was also pleasantly surprised at the fee they charge, especially considering all the work they've done on my behalf. I have already recommended them further and can only wish the company further success!

9th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Im still waiting for my holding deposit I paid 2 years ago on a property the that was ceased by the landlord from the previous seller due to non payment of rent. Quentin and Romina, together, acted unprofessionally in false-fully conveying that the previous seller agreed to my offer and took my holding deposit worth £5000. All my texts and messages have been unresponsive.
18th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Johns&Co at London City Island. From our very first conversation, we made it explicitly clear that parking was a requirement for us. We were initially shown a property with parking, shown the parking area itself, and then shown another property which we were told also included parking. Based on those representations, we proceeded and had our offer accepted. Only later did we discover — via a WhatsApp message from the agent Katie — that the property did not in fact include parking and that we would need to rent a space separately. This was clearly material information and something we had specifically stated was essential to our purchase decision. We would never have proceeded had the correct information been provided from the outset. What made the situation worse was the handling afterwards. We were initially told compensation would be offered, but after querying the amount, the local manager Elliot called to say we would receive nothing because the issue had been discovered “early in the process” and he did not believe anyone had done anything wrong. The overall attitude felt dismissive and lacking in accountability. We were left having wasted significant time and effort progressing a purchase based on inaccurate information, and ultimately had no choice but to withdraw. Buyers should be very careful to independently verify all “confirmed” information provided during the sales process.

Their willingness to listen to my specific needs and preferences was evident, as they consistently provided options that aligned perfectly with what I was looking for. The agency's commitment to after-sale service is truly commendable. The fact that they go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are satisfied even after the rental agreement has been signed sets you apart in the real estate industry. Definitely, recommend your company.
5th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Initially, when I first checked in, I had a terrible experience as the flat was not cleaned/prepared for my arrival up to the standard expected at all. However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far
