15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Siobhan was super friendly from the start and very professional throughout. What stood out most was that she actually listened to my requirements, even though I was being very picky, and only showed me places that genuinely fit what I was after. She was always happy to answer my questions, however many I had, which made the whole process feel easy. I'd definitely recommend her to any of my family and friends.

25th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!
21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)called them on 3 separate occasions post moving out of a property and getting deposit back, every single time been told the admin team are ‘not at their desk’ and no manager seems to be available either? Does noone actually work at this company during working hours? Poor customer service, cant speak to anyone ever no matter what day or time it is.

Also their staff have no compassion or empathy to their customers after getting burgled in one of the properties they manage

Oh and still dont have the deposit back after 21 days of moving out, despite new tenants moving in 24 hours after we left.

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Nothing but exceptional service from David. Despite how popular the property was, they didn’t turn it into a bidding war and have been supportive and patient throughout the conveyancing process.

A special thank you to David for keeping the solicitors in check and, more importantly for always being so personable, responsive and helpful whenever we needed him. He really went above and beyond throughout the process.

A great agent, a wonderful property, and we’re genuinely very pleased to have bought it.
