28th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Great communication and straight forward process with this sales team. All are friendly and welcoming and had double the amount of viewings my other agent had. I managed to have an offer accepted within 3 weeks of going on the market. Highly recommend.

5th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)**AVOID** Absolutely shocking! This company is not professional at all. We went into look at a potential property to rent and was met by a very pleasant staff member. We book a viewing for a couple of days time and were met by a older man who was late! When asking about the property we were given SHORT SHARP answers and were made to feel like we had put him out by asking to view the place. The whole experience was RUSHED!!! If I could give 0 star I would! * AVOID! *
29th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)?????<br><br>London is notorious for difficult letting agents, but Oliver Whiteford is genuinely one of the best. We rented through him for two years and it was a great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout - we could reach him constantly via a WhatsApp group anytime, and he was always very quick to resolve any issues that came up. He was consistently transparent and honest in how he handled everything, and always made us feel like a priority as tenants, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was also incredibly accommodating when we ran into trouble with our move-out dates and notice periods, going out of his way to be flexible. Any tenant renting through him is in very good hands. Highly recommend - thank you for everything!
18th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received. I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. My friend who purchased the sofa says he will not be returning to your shop. He was also quoted one price for delivery of £50 which on delivery was £85.

13th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Save yourself from this agency.<br><br>They let me an uninhabitable property in Hayes, and I had to go through so much because of them (even had to file a complaint to the council). I ended up living at my friend's house, losing more than £1.1K GBP, and the mental toll it took on me for over a month is indescribable.<br><br>The guy Sheng just never replied to so many attempts of calls or messages (which wasn't the case prior to taking the property, which was made all pleasant during the viewing!)<br><br>They eventually made me cancel the council complaint too, by creating a condition that they will not let the property further until it was cancelled, thus costing me even more money than i already lost (mentioned above).<br><br>Wish I could give negative stars to this agency.- 20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

He has kept our properties fully rented in all that time and has always listened and acted on our instruction and needs. A five-star review doesn't seem sufficient. Thank you, Nazim!
